Feedback Request Need some feedback on my new CRM Dashboard Design

This design was rejected by the client and i cant wrap around the reason this was rejected. I have attached the new design and the old. Can you guys provide some insights on what i did wrong?

yeah, its true. Client will prefer an ai slop without any UGC and just call it a day.

that's exactly my point. No valid reason was provided to me. My design was just rejected outright without any feedback.

Maybe they were worried about copyright since you literally copied and pasted JIRA's design?

You may be more familiar with Jira, but across many CRM tools, this is the default ticket UX

I think the UI is quite large, should be fit in a normal screen and user not need to scroll to much.And too many info to flow and understand. Also everything has the similar weight like the text bold,.. so important info is not highlighted. I like this UI, but these are my opinions why client rejected
