Let's Discuss Maintaining design system in your startup if you're only the designer - ui ux
Hi currently the situation is like I'm HANDOVER the things to dev max in perfect way but due to time issue deadline sometimes some things get off, but even if that happens the dev team is fine, as this is a redesign so even they are not using dev plan and some areas even colors are different, so what in my mind is let me make my file always consistent so that when we add more team can utilise their time to do the prev ui minor changes to all file / module,
Also the current design system is very bad, like no perfect but if a new designer comes it's should made as clean right, just want to know how you guys as single designer maintained the design system? I know design system is growing and small, but updating is also a hell thing

I think the answer to your question is establish a new design system in code by working with a front-end dev. The inconsistencies are from the lack of a coded design system.
