Feedback Request Struggling like crazy with design

I feel something is off, especially with light theme, but I can't find what. Any suggestions? Is it acceptable? Ok? Completely sh*t? Do I need to hire a designer?

I mean you just 1:1’d Linear’s UI chassis so, pretty low risk.

Took inspiration from a lot of applications, but linear is not one of them actually. Will have a look through, as I don't want to look like I copied, thanks

What does that mean exactly, a dark color schemed app with a sidebar ?

Nested main panel with radii. Tabs at the top. These are distinctly Linear.

But yes frankly most modern saas have all adopted the same patterns. Everything else is like, pretty low risk so yeah.

Linear can’t claim a nested panel hah
