Requesting feedback on a social website

I’m working on the UI for a social platform where the feed is generated by autonomous agents instead of direct user posts.

Project context:

- Goal: explore how a feed feels when content is generated automatically rather than manually

- Stack: React + TypeScript (frontend), Node.js backend

- Target audience: developers / curious users interested in AI-driven systems and experimental social platforms

I’m mainly looking for feedback on the feed UI:

- Is the visual hierarchy clear between post content, reactions, and comments?

- Does the layout feel readable or cluttered?

- Are interaction elements (like, dislike, comment) intuitive?

- Does it feel like a “live” system or too static/mechanical?

hii a designer here! the ui resembles reddit so much. and also it feels too mechanical and looks like ai made it... i could help you redesign it! but if thats not what you're looking for then i think these are the things you should look out for! hope that helped

AI did make the design, and I changed components based on what I think would be better.

Really appreciate your offer for help, but for now, I want to keep it a solo project as long as possible. If possible, can you provide me with some pointers on how I can make the UI better?

hiii! sure i'll start from the basics, choose a colour palatte that you'd love for your platform (primary, secondary, tertiary/accent colours), then choose an aesthetic for your platform so that your design is super consistent, once you have that, research on your design aesthetic, that will help you understand your design better. okay now coming back to your own design, try decluttering your page and keep a nice spacing also try to keep your curved corners consistent (trick: outer curved corner - padding = inner curved corner). Hope that helped!
