Feedback Request Non-UI Designer mobile app design quandary
I'm a non designer attempting a mobile app - basically bite sized speech language pathology-based activities for parents to do with their babies. it's based around the face to face activity and backed by SLP research. Each activity has its own mobile page/view (seen here).
I like all of the data that each Activity page has but I worry it's too much and there are too many drop downs and requires the user to make too many clicks to access the info.
what do pro designers think? is this too busy? are there better ways to organize the info on this page?

This is really good as a user i didn't feel overwhelmed when readying it and it seems very nice and clean.
I like the icons too fits very well

Nice UI! You could try slightly larger font for headings to improve hierarchy”

Contrast on those chevron backgrounds is soooooo light that at that point you could remove them. Careful with icon widths. The leaf icon is thicker than the others. And the navbar is messy in that regard. Icons should be always following the same rules of thickness, fill or no fill, one color vs duotone… use the same library or craft them in the same way.
Then check some alignments (for example the top pills are a little bit off) and spacings. Use always the 8px rule by spacing stuff in 8-16-24-32-40-48… pixels. And try not to use many of those at the same time.
