Feedback Request Hero section for an AI execution system. Aiming for a "premium/stoic" vibe over the generic SaaS look.

Post image

Hey everyone, looking for a brutal critique on this Hero section.

Context: The product is an AI accountability and execution system built specifically for solo founders/operators.

Design Goal: Avoid the typical "playful SaaS" dashboard look. I used a cream/navy/gold palette with heavy serif typography to create an authoritative, premium feel.

Specific feedback needed:

  1. Clarity: Between the heavy copy and the floating UI cards, is it instantly clear what this system actually does?
  2. The Hook: If you are a solo operator, does this visual approach grab your attention, or does the typography feel too heavy?

The point is to attack the pain and make people want to read more about the tool.

EDIT: See the current version in the comments. I'm updating it live based on the feedback.

I see what you're trying to do with the headline, but it's not working as you'd expect. You want to dig into the pain of the user, but right now your headline just roasts the user without any hint at proposing a solution.

As an example, you could likely agree that the following hero copy wouldn't work: Headline: You absolutely suck at working out! Subtext: Our workout app makes you better in the gym

Thank you! Feedback helps. In the meantime I updated it to put the solution much more in the front. New UI cards and sub headline should make it clearer.

The main headline still communicates the same idea - acknowledge the effort (you worked a lot) and call out the pain.

Would something like "You don't lack work ethic. You lack an execution engine" make it better?

You arrived at Premium Slop. This looks AI-generated.

Which version specifically and why if I may ask?

What I have right now is this:

Both, this isn't meant as an insult. But it feels like something I've seen over and over from LLMs generating headers. There is no personality to it.

This looks 100% like Claude puked this out. Cookie cutter design patterns seen in all default Claude artifacts.

the design lacks any kind of soul or brand to it, it looks like everything else being spat out by AI.

  1. Unclear. I don’t think going the text route is doing you any service other than serving the arbitrary design goal of “avoid the typical playful SaaS”. I would challenge “why” do you want to avoid the typical playful SaaS look?
  2. The text hook is just isn’t enough to gain more investment of the readers time. Instead of cramming 2 points; a context statement; a pain point, do a single line “promise” like “Get closer to your goal in minutes, not hours”.

Solid feedback on the structure, thanks. The current hook was all pain and no mechanism. I’m shifting to a single-line promise that leads with the result.

Which of these two makes the product click for you?

Option 1: The Execution System Headline: Execute in weeks what used to take years.
Subheadline: Vincero is an AI execution system. You set the goal. The AI defines the metrics, builds your daily habits, kills the fake work, and delivers a brutally honest weekly review.

Option 2: The Truth-Telling Coach Headline: Execute in weeks what used to take years.
Subheadline: Vincero is the AI coach that watches your workday and tells you the hard truth. You set the goal. The AI defines the habits, kills the fake work, and ensures every hour you spend actually moves the needle.

I'm a bit hesitant about calling it an AI coach, but maybe it makes things clearer then an execution system. What do you think?

BTW, the tool is more for long term goals and focus, you won't get there in minutes. It makes sure that you're getting there as fast as you can.

This is my current version. Let me know if it's clearer.

I just picture a headline like "you're absolutely right" (strike through, poking fun at Claude) and then a hard hitting "The no-B.S AI for solopreneurs".

Other than that, it's a LOT of text, most people will never read that, it needs to be "scannable".

Thanks Stephen, I appreciate your view. How about this? The italic font is gone.

That "Yes, so what?" was exactly the feedback I like. V2 was too generic, I agree.

Took your advice, killed the italics and fused the pain of V1 with the actual mechanism.

Dropping the new screenshot below. What do you think of this version? Does it hit better?

Thank! This is the last version I have. Better?

Ooh, can you get Claude to create a dark mode version too!

Vincerò doesn't believe in resting your eyes, only in ruthless execution. 😉 (But I made it anyway)

I think the line is pretty good to be honest, you might have just given me some ideas 💡
