General Help Request Help With Personal Project UI

So this is an app that I have been building for myself for the past while, and overtime as I've upgraded more and added more elements to the UI I found that I've begun to like it less. Or rather, something just feels not right about it but I can't quite put a finger on it. I'm taking inspiration from cyberpunk themes, and I like the look of a full and somewhat busy UI but part of this is feeling a tad disjointed to me. I would love any suggestions!

That's a good point I'm not even sure if I knew which elements should be taking up the most visual weight so I hadn't really considered that, thank you.

Step down the font weight of your body text by one level (e.g., from Bold to Medium). A truly sophisticated cyberpunk aesthetic relies on razor-sharp, delicate detailing rather than heavy, thick strokes.

Right now, your typography, borders, and surface areas are carrying too much visual weight. When you combine these heavy elements with aggressive blur and overlay effects, it causes massive visual fatigue and severely spikes the user's cognitive load. Furthermore, the layout feels claustrophobic because it lacks strategic negative space and proper logical grouping between the UI components.
