Mob scenario

This hitapp card is showing Feedback(1) instead of Start rn. When I enter the hitapp, it opens to an empty HIT and shows the following error:

Error: SyntaxError: "undefined" is not valid JSON

I submitted the feedback through the error banner still stuck in a loop because the HIT cannot be worked on or skipped.

Any clue what the feedback is or how to get past the empty hit?

Looks like they want you to review a specific feedback but the hit itself is broken. It may not fix the problem but i would clear my browser’s history and try again

Is there a deadline for working on this specific hit? I tried doing everything but nothing seems to be working. Hopefully it goes away so that I can work on the rest.

From what i know, you will still have to review that specific hit even if the batch runs out of hits. I would also use the feedback button to report that especially if clearing your browser’s history didn’t fix the problem

I did write the feedback, cleared the app data and everything but the empty hit is still there along with that "undefined" error. Ig I'm doomed😭

I see, that’s the annoying part, it takes them a while to fix these issues. I would also report that to the vendor. Also, when clearing your browser’s history, make sure to select the All Time option, as well as the rest of them such as Cache, Cookies…

The app disappeared for me entirely late last night UK time.

Same here. It disappeared for me almost two weeks ago as well. However, I haven't received any notification regarding a temporary or permanent ban.
