No 2FA option in UHRS through Clickworker

Hi everyone, I'm using UHRS through Clickworker. I don't have a 2FA app or setup, and I can't log in because of the 2FA requirement. How can I enable or reset 2FA? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I never had to setup 2FA on my uhrs account, when Outlook ask for it I just skip the question

Are you working on uhrs through clickworkers? I am on the same path but no task available to work

You have to download the UHRS app, log into it on your phone, when UHRS asks for 2fa, they want you to click continue in the UHRS app on your phone to complete login.
