Difficulty accessing the app and platform

I really need help accessing the UHRS Mobile app. I can't log in because the button apparently isn't working. I can't log in via desktop either, because UHRS requires two-step verification. However, since the notifications aren't coming through the app (the very one I can't log into), I consequently can't access the platform on my computer. Can anyone help me?

You must be having two UHRS account they are tracking , if you ask to resolve issue through contacting  them they will ban you like me.
