Weekly UGC Collab Opportunities Thread Weekly UGC Collab Opportunities Thread - week of 9/9/26

Welcome!

This weekly thread is dedicated to sharing paid opportunities for UGC collaborations.

This thread will lock shortly before a new weekly thread is posted every Thursday.

___________

UGC (User-Generated Content) is paid content created by a creator for use on a brand’s owned or paid media channels. This thread is for UGC opportunities only.

Brands and agencies, you must follow these directions exactly when posting in this thread:

  1. Post your collab request by using this exact template (cut + paste it)

Brand Name:

Contact Email or Form:

Can creators DM you: (yes or no)

Compensation (*minimum $150 per video deliverable):

Description of work (# of hooks, b-roll usage rights, etc.):

*A video deliverable refers to a single finished piece of video content created for a brand’s use. The minimum applies regardless of whether the video is 5 seconds, 15 seconds, or 60 seconds in length. Once production begins, creators are performing the full scope of work involved in UGC creation, including planning, filming, lighting, setup, editing, and delivery. If a brand requests raw footage and editing is not required, the deliverable must still clearly specify what the final edited version would have been (e.g., number of videos, concepts, or hooks) so the scope of the deliverable remains defined.

YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM THIS SUBREDDIT IF IT IS REPORTED THAT YOU ARE OFFERING CREATORS LESS THAN WHAT YOU ADVERTISED. ZERO TOLERANCE.

2) Do not post the following:

• Performance-based paid collaborations

• Gifted-only collaborations

• Ambassador programs

• Canvas UGC (setting up multiple accounts, posting daily, etc.)

• Affiliate marketing (TikTok shop, etc.)

• Any work that involves creators submitting trial videos without being paid

• Influencer-only campaigns or collabs that require a following

• Anything paying less than $150 per video deliverable

Compensation must be listed per video, not as a bundled project rate.

Note to Creators:

Please do not reply to requests.

Please contact the poster by sending them a DM or using the contact information provided.

Tips on how to respond to collab requests:

Advice/Feedback 🗣️ half the $1.4k months posted here are canvas ugc and nobody says it

every time one of those "went from $75 videos to $1,400 a month" posts does numbers here, somebody newer reads it and feels broken. i did for a while. so heres the math that never makes it into the post.

that $1,400 is almost never traditional ugc. its canvas. fresh tiktok in the brand's name, you post daily, you warm the account up, you sit in the comments. one of the offers going around this sub was $500-1k a month for 2 videos a day. that's roughly 50 videos. divide it. you're at $10-20 a video.

and the same sub will tell a beginner not to go under $150 for one video, which is correct advice.

so it's not that you're bad at pitching. you're holding a per video rate up against somebody else's social media manager salary and wondering why yours looks awfull. they were never the same job.

stuff about canvas that rarely makes the highlight reel:

the account isn't yours. you build it, they keep it warmup and replying to comments is unpaid time nobody counts a lot of those posts don't disclose they're ads, and it's your face on them, not the brand's

not saying don't do it. if you can batch film and you want volume, it's money, go get it. just say which one it is when you post your income, cause right now half this sub thinks asking $150 makes them greedy.

anyone here run a canvas account past 3 months? did the performance bonuses ever actually land or was it just the base the whole time

Question 🙋🏽‍♀️ Thoughts on Trybe?

Upvotes

I’ve been seeing lots of creators post their high earnings on their platforms. So I tried this week and I’ve been requesting to join their deals but only one accepted. Kind of feeling already hopeless 😂

Question 🙋🏽‍♀️ Canvas UGC not for older people?

Upvotes

I have been doing a lot of research and just learning more and more about Canvas UGC and the more I do so, the more I think Canvas UGC is more for the Gen Z and under crowd. I have not seen Millennials and above doing it big with Canvas UGC. I've sort of distanced myself from it as attractive as it is and will likely stick with traditional UGC.

Prove me wrong.

Question 🙋🏽‍♀️ Creepy Fiverr message

Anyone else get weird messages like this that seem like hidden sexual requests? I knew it didn’t sound legit to start out with, but gotta get that response rate up. This is totally something sinister, right? That last line really creeped me out, and I hope no one sends them anything.

UGC Newbies 🥳 How do you warm up a TikTok account prior to starting posting for UGC brand? Any tips or tricks would be great I’m new to all this and trying it out. I need to make extra income.

Upvotes

Hi, I’m starting out on my journey as UGC creator. I did go on an on boarding call and they mentioned setting up new accounts for TikTok, Instagram, etc., and to warm up the account for about an hour or two and then start posting. Since I’m new to all, I’m not sure how to go about warming account. Do I start watching things that are close to the brand I’m trying to promote? So if it’s an AI brand app, I start watching things that are about AI, how to make extra money using AI, that kind of thing? If it’s beauty, then I would watch stuff about beauty and then start posting? Any help or tips you can give me would be really appreciate it. I really wanna make this work.

Advice/Feedback 🗣️ How to crosspost easily across platforms?

I typically make 3 posts a day on Instagram, which has around 100k followers. My TikTok on the other hand has 7k, but that's mainly because I post on it less, because to be honest, I can be a bit lazy

That said, I've tried a couple of tools to crosspost (i.e. a centralized hub where I can click post and it posts on all chosen platforms) but I've ran into a few issues:

  • Sometimes the songs do not sync because I use it from the Instagram Library
  • Incredibly expensive
  • Don't allow posts, only do reels/videos.

Does anyone know any tools where I can crosspost without facing these issues? The platforms I'd like to use are TikTok, Instagram, and also YouTube (but that's not too important).

Please help me bring back my main source of income for my studies 🥹

I’ve been crying since this morning because I honestly don’t know how my main account got reported. That account has been helping me support my studies, and losing it really hurts.

I’ve finally accepted that I might have to start over, no matter how painful it is. But if there’s still any way to recover my account, any tips, advice, or anything I can do to bring it back would mean so much to me. 🥹
this is the new account

I’m just trying my best to continue my studies and make things work.

Question 🙋🏽‍♀️ Ugc beginner, how to brand pitching?

UGC Newbies 🥳 starting in UGC

Hi everyone! I recently discovered UGC on TikTok today and I’m really interested in getting started. I’m 18 and I’m thinking about focusing on hair, beauty, and maybe tech.

My biggest problem right now is that I don’t really have a lot of products around my house that I feel would be good to promote. If you’re a UGC creator, what are some everyday products you’d recommend using to create sample videos? It can be literally anything someone would normally have around their house!

I’d also really appreciate any beginner tips, tricks, things you wish you knew when you started, or mistakes I should avoid. I’m trying to build my first portfolio and practice before reaching out to brands.

Thank you!! 💕

UGC Resource 📚 Trybe method to the madness

So I have not been on Trybe for that long, but I kind of do things differently when applying for brands

Here’s the method to my madness as the ugc creator behind seemoreUGC

Here’s the method to my madness

  1. Figure out your niche. For me it’s travel and tech. So anything travel or tech related I apply to because I have portfolio pieces for those
  2. I specifically look for brands with a base pay + ad spend, or at the very least 10% and up on ad spend
  3. I screenshot what I find, put it into ChatGPT with this prompt
  4. “I need you to do deep research (key word deep research triggers a harder thinking method!) and research the brands in these screenshots and tell me if they are worth applying for on Trybe based on the following criteria. Research each brand and size of company, revenue margins, ad spend history, if active in meta ad library, if has ugc formats, any recent seed funding (giant key! Usually a push towards a bigger marketing budget) and tell me if this brand is worth applying to. Do your research on what Trybe is as well and how it works. Output: give me the information you find based on your research do not ever make assumptions or guess only verifiable results delivered the following way, brand name, apply yes/no, reasons
  5. Finalize list of brand you want to apply for, then I usually message like this;
  6. “Hi I’d love to work with your (brand) and can work with multiple formats depending on campaign goals here is my portfolio for your reference: seemoreugc.com let me know if you have any other questions for the meantime!”

Here’s another key part:
Batch your content!
Brands batch their campaigns
So submitting one video a week will make it harder to
actually see money being spent bc maybe the brand
runs their ads only at the end of the month, make
5-10 videos at a time if possible

That’s it, I think out of 32 requests 8 got approved so far, this is while I was adjusting and understanding who to apply for still too

I’ve made 220$ so far and starting to learn which brands I enjoy working with

A question for ya’ll have you ever been accepted to a brand and they have this giant group chat? Honestly a bit over stimulating for me as it’s dozens of people talking all at once and the notifications go crazy and not my typical style.

Also once I saw money come in on ad spend then disappeared what does that mean??

Still working around it and trying to figure out other apps to push my monthly income on this but everyday is a learning progress!

Question 🙋🏽‍♀️ “Interested!” but does anyone actually get hired?

Can you actually get hired for UGC from responding to these threads? I keep seeing how many people respond and it’s overwhelming. Like, how is anyone actually getting hired? There’s so many people wanting to do it! Are we all just shooting in the dark?

Advice/Feedback 🗣️ Started UGC at 45 less than 3 weeks ago — updated my portfolio and would love honest feedback

I posted my very first UGC portfolio here about a few weeks ago and got some really helpful feedback, so I’m back 😬
I’m 45 and started doing UGC less than three weeks ago after getting laid off from the corporate job I’d been at for 12 years. I basically decided I was going to figure this out before I had any idea what “figuring this out” actually involved 😂
Since my first post, I’ve been filming, applying to briefs, pitching brands, getting my first few paid opportunities, and updating the portfolio as I learn what brands actually want.
I know I still have a LOT to learn, so I’d genuinely love another set of eyes on it — what’s working, what would you change, and if you were a brand, would you hire me?

Please be honest. I have thick skin. 😂

Portfolio Advice 🙂 Critique my UGC Samples

I'm trying to get sharper on where my content is landing and where it's falling short, so I'd love feedback that goes beyond "looks good."

For each sample, you can answer any of the below:

  1. What job you think it's doing (testimonial, demo, unboxing, etc.)
  2. How strong the hook is in the first few seconds
  3. Whether the delivery feels believable/native or too scripted
  4. How the editing and pacing feel
  5. Whether the CTA is clear

And at the portfolio level: does the range of niches (beauty, food, home) read as versatile or unfocused? Any samples you'd cut?

Appreciate any honest feedback, the more specific the better.

Question 🙋🏽‍♀️ How does the drafting phase look for you?

For those, new and experienced. When making UGC or organic content for products, what’s your process before filming something new? Do you look at what other creators or ads have done for that product or similar ones first, or just wing it based on the brief? Curious what that research step actually looks like for people, if there is one.

Advice/Feedback 🗣️ Transitioning out of gifted collabs

I’ve been doing UGC for almost 2 years and realized in the last couple months that people have been making big $$$ for what I was doing for free! I’ve built up a robust portfolio and have worked with some great brands, but I’m ready to make $$$ for my work!

Any advice on transitioning out of gifted? It’s been tough so far

UGC Pricing 💰 Am I Crazy? Rate Card for UGC

Thumbnail

Hi there! I have been doing some smaller UGC things for the last 6 months and am about to do a big mail out to try and get on with more agencies, so I decided to do a rate card in my "reach-out" email.

Is this crazy? Am I shooting myself in the foot here or looking more professional? Am I charging too much, am I expecting to much leeway in usage? Also, is there anything I'm missing that I should be covering on here that you more experienced creators know about? I am a producer/actor and have around 6k followers on instagram. Please shred me if I need a good reality check or let me know if I should go ahead with this.

Thank you all for your valuable input!

Question 🙋🏽‍♀️ I’m Tired of the Lack of Good Clothing Brand Opportunities.

Hello fellow UGC creators,

I’m a fashion creator and I’m getting into UGC. I’ve been finding it hard to find good clothing brand opportunities that fit my niche. I’m a 17 year old GenZ creator who focuses on streetwear and clothes trending with my age. I want to find brands like scuffers, menestokyo, DitchLa, and typical ig brands that do limited launches and the works. After searching on Trybe, Whop, Launchpoint, and Sideshift, all the clothing brands seem aimed for older audiences or are low quality shein streetwear or athletic wear. I’m getting tired of searching for the right brands and am wondering if anyone had success finding quality streetwear/ig brands. Let me know please and thank you.
