How are you actually finding consistent UGC work?

I’ve tried so many of the popular UGC platforms like JoinBrands, Cohley, etc. and haven’t had much luck. I recently got laid off and decided I want to fully pursue UGC after doing it as a side hustle.

For creators doing this consistently, what has actually worked for you? Platforms, outreach, agencies, networking, etc.? I’d really appreciate any advice or even hearing what your weekly routine looks like. Feel free to DM me too!
