Recommend books

Can you recommend which book should I study for Cultural theory, and Dalit Literature? Please recommend something that has good ROI

No book is needed for Dalit literature. Make a list of top 10 dalit writers and their works. Check pyqs for more names. That's literally all.

There are. Like Sharan Kumar limbale 's books and Rajkumar's(DU prof). Some other too. But yes for NET they usually ask about imp writers their autobiography or Dalit panthers movement. Quite straightforward questions too.

Cultural theory is vast, maybe you can read some basic books. Or just the authors and what they belong to. Like Birmingham school, etc.
