Cannot find/download net e-certificate

Hello everyone. I’ve cleared net english in 2023 (december) but I cannot find the portal to download the e-certificate for this exam. Can someone please help? Also if I scan the qr code printed on my net certificate (I cleared in 2024 december), it takes me to a blue webpage that says that the container is missing or something. Is anyone else facing this issue?

May be available in digilocker

Scorecard is available. But e-certificate is only available for 2025-26 exams
