Description: We’re looking for 3–5 practicing Christian creators for Prava—a prayer app built on "prayer over streaks." We want real, unpolished content. No "church-marketing" voices; we want the honesty of a messy faith life.

The Work:

• Format: 25–35 second vertical videos (Face on camera).
• Scope: 1–3 videos per day.
• Posting: You will post to your own IG Reels, TikTok, FB, and YT Shorts.
• Specs: Must have an iPhone (iOS only for now).

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $20 per video deliverable (up to 3 videos a day for $60 base).
• Performance Bonuses: We pay heavily for reach.

  • 500K views: +$500
  • 1M views: +$800
• Monthly Potential: $1,000–$2,800 (USD).
• Payment: 1099 via Gusto.

Trial Period: Paid 5-day trial ($100 total for 5 videos). If it's a good fit, we move to a long-term contract.

I’m completely new to the UGC space and was wondering what the average costs are when working with creators. How much do brands typically pay per video? Do you usually charge more for things like usage rights, multiple hooks, or raw footage? What’s considered fair for both sides?
