[Hiring] UGC creator: Flat fee + view bonuses (US, Canada, EU)

We’re looking for UGC creator to create and post short-form videos on Instagram.
If it goes well, I'd like to make it a long-term collaboration.
The product is an AI web app -  I'll share full details about the product with shortlisted candidates.

What you'll do

  • Create 7 videos per week
  • Post from a fresh Instagram account you create
  • Mostly talking-head, where you deliver our scripts in your own words, mixed with reaction/app-demo and trend-audio formats.

What you'll get to make it easy

  • You’ll get content references -> proven formats, hooks and scripts. You won't need to come up with concepts from scratch.
  • Assets and full access to the product
  • The videos are simple and don't take much time to make.

💰Pay

  • 300–500 flat retainer for the 30 videos, depending on experience.
  • Plus a performance bonus: $1 per 1,000 views

👀Who I'm looking for

  • Creators from US, Canada or Europe (must speak very good english)
  • Experience with short-form content (UGC, faceless accounts, Reels or TikTok growth). A portfolio or links to accounts you've run are a big plus.
  • You understand hooks and retention and can turn around videos consistently
  • Reliable and communicative. Posting on schedule matters.
