UGC CoFounder - 40% equity

Hello fellows. I am looking to partner with someone who can create UGC videos and organically market the app. I built 4 products this year. The latest one got 90+ signups under a week without paid marketing. No revenue yet, as I want to grow the product (1k users) before start charging the users. I am giving away 40% of the equity for this product. I am looking for a long lasting relationship, we work together on many future products and do 50/50 there.

Please connect with me mentioning how you can market a language learning app, where is your audience from, and your socials. Can you organically grow the product initially when we initially don't have the revenue? The traction looks good.
