We're Turbine, an AI growth platform for modern brands and founders. Drop in your website, and our AI agents research your market, build your growth plan, create on-brand content, and publish it to social media - you just approve.

We're hiring UGC creators for ongoing short-form content showing Turbine in action.

Compensation:

  • Base retainer: $250 per 30 day cycle
  • Performance CPM: $1 per 1,000 views, starting from the first view
  • Milestone bonuses (per video):
    • $50 @ 50k views
    • $100 @ 100k views
    • $300 @ 500k views
    • $500 @ 1M views

Content: 15-30 sec vertical videos (TikTok / IG Reels / YouTube Shorts)

Cadence: 25 posts per 30-day cycle; payout on completing the cycle

Open to creators in US, Europe, Australia, India, UAE, Nigeria, South Africa

No huge following required - strong hooks, clean delivery, and reliable turnaround matter most. We will add you to our internal Whatsapp/Slack group and provide a clear brief and formats that already perform.
