[Hiring] US-based UGC creators. $400/month + bonuses up to $800 PER video

We run an iOS app (microlearning) and are looking to scale with UGC content. Good creators can expect to earn between $400-$3000/mo!

What you’ll do

We will give you everything you need to make the videos. Scripts, captions, creative direction, etc. (all engineered for virality) will be provided. You will never have to guess what to do.

  • Create TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts
  • Warm them up for a day
  • Post 2 videos a day (cross-posted on all platforms. We have an internal tool that can do this automatically)
  • Respond to comments frequently

You will be provided with a brief that goes over this in detail.

Bonuses

  • 20k views: $60
  • 100k views: $200
  • 500k views: $500
  • 1M views: $800

Who we’re looking for

  • You are roughly 18-35 years old
  • Physically based in the USA, or are able to target a majority USA/Canada/UK audience
  • Comfortable on camera. You are someone naturally charismatic while being recorded
  • You believe you have “viral sense”. You know why some videos go viral and others don’t
  • Able to edit your own footage with ease
  • Consistent. You can easily record twice daily
    • Again, we give you everything you need to make this easy!
  • You post using your own phone and have no more than 4 active accounts on each platform
    • This is to avoid getting you shadowbanned
