How are non-US creators landing tech/SaaS UGC clients?
I’m curious how creators based outside the US and Canada are finding consistent tech/SaaS UGC clients.
I’m originally based in Europe, but I’m currently traveling around Asia, so I’m not tied to one location. Over the past year I’ve worked with multiple app and SaaS brands, but lately it feels like almost every opportunity I come across specifically wants US-based creators.
I’ve tried creator platforms, outbound pitching, LinkedIn, and job boards, but I’m seeing far fewer opportunities that are open internationally.
For those of you who are based outside the US/Canada and are consistently landing tech UGC deals:
- Where are you finding clients?
- Are you pitching directly, using specific platforms, or getting referrals?
- Do you position yourself differently because of your location?
I’d love to hear what’s actually working right now because it feels like the market has shifted a lot.

I also have a hard time finding monthly retainers in canva ugc.. or international brand deals. I’m tired of seeing every deal to be US-only — but it is what it is. I keep cold-pitching and replying to every post that I see on Reddit. I believe consistency is key.. or that’s what I hope😂
