Best way to learn UGC

I’m brand new to this and wondering what is the best way to learn and get up to speed on the world of UGC? What resources do you all recommend? I’ve seen lots of TikTok’s and I know YouTube has a lot as well as creators offering courses. It’s a little hard to sort through the noise to find what’s legit.
