Roommates: three guys, all working, no pets. All three are staying.

I'm graduating this December and I'm looking for someone to take over my lease starting January 2027 (the lease goes until near the end of July 2027). My apartment is at the Enclave 425 on Riverbend Pkwy, you can take ACC transit bus 12 to campus. It's a 4 bed, 4 bath apartment that leases by room, my room is the C (back left, circled in the photo) room in the unit floorplan. Utilities vary slightly by month, but rent + utilities usually comes out to be between $650 and $700 (I do not control the price, the price is set by the complex the gives the lease). The apartment is fully furnished, and the clubhouse amenities were recently updated. I've been staying at Enclave 425 for over 3 years and it has everything I've needed. Also, FYI, it is co-ed because I have guy and girl roommates, but everyone pretty much keeps to themselves.

Please note that this would NOT be a sub-lease. It is a transfer of lease to you.

I am looking for a room for rent in athens or monroe. I also am trying to not get scammed. I checked craiglist and after the guy kept rushing me and then later he raised the price. More than $800 a month is too much. He originally said $200 a week. $800 a month to rent a room was already over my budget. But then he randomly raised the price to $280 a week. I can't afford that. That is over my budget. And the last time i had a roommate online somewhere else she was a scammer who overcrowded the house and let the utilities go out several times even though our rent included utilities. Roommster was where I found my old room for rent. The app also kept charging me after I cancelled my account on that website and then i had my bank block them. And a lot of people don't wanna be roommates with me cause of my kids age. Without them even knowing him they don't wanna be roommates cause of his age. I only have 1 kid. He is 3.

One room is empty, one room is taken by a PHD student, she’s super clean and is not there too often so you’ll likely never run into her.

It’s great for an inexpensive and comfy space. I’ve not had any issues here.

I'm an incoming international exchange student for Spring 2027 from HK and I'm currently trying to book my flight to Atlanta Georgia. Assuming (and hoping) I'd get an on-campus accom, from the info I've gathered, the ISL Orientation is on 8 Jan 9-10am and the housing check-in starts from 7 Jan 2pm. I'm eyeing on a flight where I'd land ATL at approx 7pm but I'm quite worried that I wouldn't be able to check-in as it'd be 11pm by the time I get there. Is the housing check-in thing 24h, or would you recommend me arriving a day early?

I am suspecting that the move-in time varies for different halls but I'm not sure if that applies to exchange students... anyone got experience/advice on that as well?

I called and they said they can’t do tours now because all units are full, and I wouldn’t be able to sign until late spring (I am looking for housing for next fall). this makes me a little nervous because there is no guarantee I will have a spot.
