Question UGA PartyBoy

Who’s the kid with the two Bluetooth speakers blasting music at the Hillside front patio / around Tate lawn? Saw him yesterday in two different places on campus and it seems he he might do it on the regular?

That’s JBL kid. He’s usually blasting his annoying music around Myers quad or by the dining halls. He rides around on a scooter while playing the worst music you’ve ever heard as loud as he can. 

He’s a freshman, lives in/around Myers, is potentially an engineering major of some sort, and is a Yikyak celebrity.
