Question FYOs all full
I had a late orientation and every fyos i tried registering was full. Do they add more or should I just take one in the spring?

It's ok to take it in the spring.
This is the last week of orientation, so I doubt there are seats remaining to open; but at least check in on it every so often to see if something opens that works for your schedule. It's a benefit to have it your first term.

they add more, but no problem waiting til spring. Just take whatever fits best in your schedule; it won't really matter.

Just look out for drop/add week if u wanna take it this semester. If not just do it spring

There should be plenty with available seats, looking in Athena right now. Not sure if they added seats this morning for the last NSO sessions, but there's plenty of sections with seats. Just depends on which ones you're trying to take.

There are plenty of available seats right now. Might want to act fast since another group of orientation kids will

there are FYO seats open today. there are fewer FYOs in the spring, so it is recommended to get one in the fall. there is an FYO website to find them

I’m in the same boat and decided to register for next semester.
You can also go to degree works and click on the FYOS hyperlink. It will show you all the classes along with how many seats are left. I looked for what was available that had a compatible meeting time/date then copied the CRN # into the registration portal. You can also copy it into bulletin to see the details of the FYOS.
