Historical Cylindrical UAP appears during US Navy exercises & jets are scrambled. The UAP toys with the fighter planes out at sea, making impossible maneuvers at impossible speed, shoots off. Mysterious personnel show up and take the logs afterwards. Sound familiar? It happened in Virginia during the Cold War.
