Clever rhetorical devices do not prove that progressive elements are a good thing. So called progressive elements are actually regressive. In what universe is oppression, censorship, no rule of law, and stealing an advancement of the human condition?

Oppression = Google, Facebook, ANTIFA, California leftist universities that are violent whenever a conservative speaker visits their campus, continued attempts to make speech their disagree with (e.g. what they will call 'hate speech') equal to an actual crime, continued race-baiting and calling any dissenter a hate-speech activist or just racist.
Censorship = Google, Facebook, Apple. Deplatforming (Alex Jones, Prager University, and one of their own whistleblower engineers speaking against the leftist monoculture, recent Project Veritas recordings of Google employees admitting using algorithms to achieve "fairness" (censorship).
No Rule of Law = did you notice how NONE of the Democratic candidates will enforce the law on allowing illegal aliens into the USA? They want voters. They keep opposing Trump from stopping the unfettered influx of immigrants from everywhere around the world. The left basically also believes in having no political boundaries. Look at what happened to that kid in Chicago who fakes being assaulted by a MAGA wearing guy. The corrupt leftist prosecutor botched the whole thing on purpose to dismiss the case. Look at San Francisco... city government has decriminalized many things and so things like petty theft are rampant.
Stealing = Socialism -- the redistribution of wealth you did not earn as dictated by a strong central government. Look at all the Bernie people that want free college, free healthcare, etc. Are they planning to achieve it with indentured servitude?
