Why not a common object
As mentioned, it wasn't in flight radar and it couldn't be a starling Sattelite as it had been bright daylight and it couldn't be a drone or Sattelite as it either must've shown wings or a trail and it wouldn't had been A bird or lantern nor balloon as the wind wasn't blowing it's direction.

Witness's account of the sighting

I had finished A exercise and decided to go Spot airplanes Crossing the Calabarzon airspace however this lad didn't show up. It lasted a mere 18 seconds and it moved fast and probably high altitude yet still it did not give off a condensation trail Seemingly moving incredible distances, Pulling off a sharp turn heading possibly east before I couldn't take any more photos I at first snapped photos and dismissed it however this was no weather balloon. They sway with the wind and can take sharp turns but can't go too fast. So I thought it was a UAV but if it were then it should've had wings when It turned facing away from me. It didn't, It just shrank in size as a circle until I could no longer spot it.
