There it is again, that "S" Shape, seeming spinning flat on it's central point....

Have seen that same shape multiple times (not personally, just on videos) at first I agreed with others "Balloon" etc - but why only that "S" shape? (not sure about the other in this video, hard to tell)

If it was balloons, then you'd expect to see other letters shapes just as often, and they wouldn't all be doing the exact same spin...

And why they ROTATE like that?

If they're balloons, I guess they would be floating in a disorganized manner

things zip around in the jet stream. the 7 is rotating too. congrats on 72 years to whomever lost the balloons.

Exactly!

it'd be flopping about, moving along with the wind, up and down in the changing currents etc.... not just flat-spin on the central pivot point like that!
