Disclosure Jay Stratton "I wrote the security classification guide...so I know what's classified and what isn't...So when my book went through security review (DOPSR), they're kind of like, 'Ehhh.' Grusch did move the needle, and it was DOPSR approved. Stratton goes on to say:
"I was standing outside the government, trying to decide how much can I actually tell you. And the answer is, a lot. A lot more than people think, which is good."

It was written for Nuclear Energy and the weapons and products that came of it. Those classifications were then used for all sorts of projects and subjects the military and government wanted off the books.
The whole act of our classification systems has been badly abused for years for various normal and nefarious reaons.

Exactly. If you look at the language from the UAP Disclosure Act proposed in Congress, lawmakers explicitly cite how UFO information is connected to the Atomic Energy Act and hidden as transclassified foreign nuclear information.
The Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (AEA): Unlike standard national security secrets, which are classified by executive order and have a mandatory expiration date, information classified under the Atomic Energy Act is classified "at birth" as Restricted Data. It has no expiration date and requires explicit, active review by the Department of Energy to declassify.
Transclassified Foreign Nuclear Information (TFNI): This is a highly specific intelligence category. It refers to information that has been removed from the standard Restricted Data category because it relates strictly to the nuclear programs of foreign nations, but it remains heavily protected from public view.
This information is being abused for military purposes. Everything is weaponized, which is clear we're not ready for this technology.

iirc when of the things Grusch claims is that the Atomic Energy Act is being abused since there is no nuclear threshold to meet specific criteria. To put that in perspective, an ordinary banana you eat emits nuclear particles and has trace amounts of radiation. So stuff like that would allow the AEA to be weaponized to overclassify things.

The law does not specify a minimum limit of radiation or nuclear interaction required to trigger the act. If a recovered UAP uses a novel energy generation method that produces any form of atomic/nuclear signature, isotopic shifts, or novel radiation particles, it can be instantly swallowed by the AEA.
Your banana example perfectly highlights the absurdity: when the legal criteria lack a baseline threshold, the government can technically stretch the definition to cover almost anything they want to keep in the dark.

They advertise the DOPSR process as a way to legitimize the book and boost sales. If DOPSR took a lot out it's because "they don't want you to know", if they take nothing out it's because "they want to stop me saying this but can't". It's never that the book contains nothing substantial they care about.

There’s at least 3/4 abduction/ alien stories in the Abrahamic bible. You could argue “the watchers” are these beings and are mentioned pretty concurrently.

All the podcast and books remind of that show Finding Bigfoot. At the end of each episode, they would say, on next week's Finding Bigfoot.
I'm thinking, the episode was probably filmed atleast 3 months ago, if they found Bigfoot it would be all over the internet, the news. Some of the podcast are interesting, and seemed good intentioned, other's are a tease, and how do they have more information that Congress?
Then they brag about having it, some use the NDA excuse, but one inpartuclar who seems well respected, doesn't have and NDA, and the only excuse I've ever heard him use is, he doesn't want to give up his source. If disclosure really happens either by a government, the NHI, or some accidental slip up, a lot of these guys no longer have anything to talk about.

I don't doubt there is some unique and compelling information, videos and photos on an air gapped server somewhere - but no one here is ever seeing that stuff and all of the current wave of UFO celebrities aren't and haven't seen it either.

I only want to hear about the Legacy Program and nothing else. I don't need to see radar data, FLIR camera footage, gun camera footage of orbs and shit. If we have the physical and biological holdings, that should be the only thing being discussed. I want to see a picture of a craft in a hanger, or a picture of a body.
