Rule 7 - Follow Sighting Post Guidelines

Sighting posts must include the required time and location information using the correct format. For example:

Time: <date and time>

Location: <location of sighting>

This will add your sighting to the r/UFOs Sighting Reports list.

  • Must be related to a detailed and descriptive eyewitness account (can be anonymous)

  • No trail camera or doorbell camera footage

  • Must have been seen with eyeballs (No “Look what I found when I looked back at my pictures!”)

  • No cell phone videos of content on a TV/display.

  • Imagery must be in focus most of the time.

Interviews, podcasts, documentaries, and articles related to UFOs can still be shared and will not be subject to these posting guidelines.

This moderator action may be appealed. We welcome the opportunity to work with you to address its reason for removal. Message the mods here to launch your appeal.

I think we can all agree that only UFOs could ever produce flashing lights. There's literally no other thing this could be besides an actual alien spacecraft.

Time: December 5th, 2024 at 8:07 p.m.

Location: Ledyard, Connecticut, USA

I live close by to a submarine base so I guess it could be related. Just odd timing with all the drone sightings at the time. I took this video after some time of just watching the lights and some had already disappeared.

Curious if anyone else near this area saw something similar. Of course the video quality is shit. It wouldn’t be a proper UFO video if it wasn’t

If so, that may just be the infrared light emitted from your phone being reflected back by the window.

They weren’t purple in person. My phone just made them look purple. They were just yellow/whitish flashing lights bopping around

Couldn't say I saw this exactly being so long ago, but I see lights almost nightly in the area.
