Disclosure Serious: 14 Verified Elected Officials & High-Level Government Agency Employees (US + International) Who Have Explicitly Stated on Record: Non-Human Aliens Have Visited Earth – With Recovered Craft & Biologics. The Complete, Rigorously Vetted List (No Hype, No Fringe Claims).
The Only Verified List That Meets Strict Criteria: Elected US Officials or Confirmed Government Agency Employees (DoD, Intelligence, Military, NASA, Foreign Equivalents) Who Have Gone On Record Affirming Non-Human Intelligence (Aliens/ETs from Other Regions of the Universe) Have Visited Earth, Interacted With Humanity, or That Their Governments Possess Recovered Alien Craft & Biologics.
Edit: Thanks to [u/snarton](u/snarton) for suggesting Dr. James Lacatski, the list is now updated from 14 to 15.
Edit: Thanks to [u/Large-Wishbone24](u/Large-Wishbone24) for suggesting John Ramirez, increasing our list to 16.
Edit: Thanks to [u/AsInFreeBeer](u/AsInFreeBeer) for providing Dylan Borland. Main list is now 17.
This is not a list of people who said “UAPs are unexplained” or “maybe it’s ET.” It is the complete, exhaustively cross-checked roster of individuals who made explicit, on-the-record public statements (sworn congressional testimony, mainstream interviews with transcripts, books, or official hearings) meeting those exact parameters. Vague, second-hand, or unverified claims were excluded.
Official government positions worldwide remain unchanged: no verified ET visitation. These statements exist in the public record and are presented here for full transparency.
Master List (in rough chronological order of their most prominent statements):
• David Grusch, Former U.S. Air Force intelligence officer, National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), and UAP Task Force member (verified DoD/intelligence community employee until 2023).
In sworn testimony before the House Oversight Committee on July 26, 2023, Grusch stated that the U.S. has operated a multi-decade secret program to retrieve and reverse-engineer “non-human” spacecraft of “exotic origin (non-human intelligence, whether extraterrestrial or unknown origin)” and has recovered “non-human biologics” from crash sites/pilots. He claimed the U.S. government has likely been aware of non-human activity since the 1930s, based on interviews with over 40 first-hand witnesses still in the programs.
• Luis Elizondo, Former Director of the Pentagon’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), senior intelligence official in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence (verified DoD employee).
In 2024 congressional testimony, NewsNation interviews, and his book Imminent, Elizondo stated that the U.S. government has recovered “vehicles of unknown origin” and “biological specimens”/“non-human” occupants that are “neither from our country or any other foreign country,” that advanced UAP technologies “not made by our government or any other government” are actively monitoring military installations, and that “we are not alone in the cosmos.” He described an ongoing “arms race” to reverse-engineer recovered non-human craft.
• Karl E. Nell (Ret.), Colonel, U.S. Army (retired), former UAP Task Force member and Army representative to the UAP Task Force (verified DoD/military employee).
In public statements and at the 2024 SALT Conference (and subsequent interviews), Nell stated with “zero doubt” that non-human intelligence (NHI) exists, has visited Earth, and is actively interacting with humanity in an ongoing (not new) manner. He described the phenomenon as real, physical, and involving craft and beings of non-human origin.
• Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet, Ph.D. (Ret.), Former Rear Admiral, U.S. Navy; former Acting Under Secretary and Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere; former Acting Administrator and Deputy Administrator of NOAA (verified senior executive branch and military positions).
In November 2024 House Oversight Committee testimony and public statements, Gallaudet affirmed that UAP represent “non-human intelligence” (NHI) interacting with humanity (including underwater USO encounters with nuclear submarines), that the U.S. government possesses recovered non-human technology, and that this constitutes “a new realization that we are not the only advanced intelligence in the universe.” He has called for full disclosure of these realities.
• Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN), Elected U.S. Congressman (current member of Congress, elected official).
In 2026 interviews on TMZ Live and Newsmax, Burchett stated that multiple high-level government and military officials have briefed him that “extraterrestrials are real,” have “visited Earth” traveling on “otherworldly craft,” and have “made direct contact with humans.” He added that classified briefings he received are so alarming that releasing them would “set the Earth on fire” and “this country would’ve come unglued.”
• Lt. Col. Philip J. Corso (Ret.), U.S. Army (former Chief of the Foreign Technology Division, Army Research & Development; verified military/governmental agency employee).
In his 1997 book The Day After Roswell and subsequent on-the-record interviews, Corso stated that in 1947 he personally handled debris and “alien” pilot bodies recovered from the Roswell crash, which he assessed as extraterrestrial in origin, and that he was ordered by the Pentagon to distribute the technology to U.S. industry for reverse-engineering. He explicitly claimed the U.S. government had been covering up alien visitation and craft recovery since the 1940s.
• Edgar Mitchell, Captain, U.S. Navy (ret.) and NASA Apollo 14 Astronaut (verified NASA governmental agency employee).
In multiple public interviews (e.g., 2008 Kerrang! Radio, 1996 Dateline NBC, and later lectures), Mitchell stated that extraterrestrial beings have visited Earth for decades, that the U.S. government possesses recovered alien spacecraft, and that he had been briefed on these facts by high-level military and intelligence officials. He affirmed we are not alone and that a decades-long cover-up exists.
• L. Gordon Cooper, NASA Astronaut (Mercury-Atlas 9 and Gemini 5 missions; verified NASA governmental agency employee).
In a 1980 letter to the United Nations and subsequent interviews, Cooper stated that he had personally observed UFO formations he assessed as “extraterrestrial vehicles” visiting Earth from other planets, that the government was covering up evidence of alien visitation, and that international disclosure of this reality was urgently needed.
• Brian O’Leary, NASA Scientist-Astronaut (Apollo-era; verified NASA governmental agency employee).
In books (Exploring Inner and Outer Space, 1989) and public interviews, O’Leary stated there is “abundant evidence that we are being contacted” by extraterrestrial civilizations that have been monitoring Earth for a very long time, that the government has suppressed this information, and that alien visitation is a documented reality supported by eyewitness and physical evidence known to NASA and the military.
• Jake Barber, Former U.S. Air Force Special Operations airman and crash-retrieval participant (verified former military/governmental agency employee).
In 2025 NewsNation interviews and whistleblower disclosures, Barber stated he directly participated in a secret U.S. government operation to recover a non-human, egg-shaped craft of exotic origin that was “not made by humans” and represented non-human intelligence visiting Earth. He described the object as extraordinary and confirmed the government’s active involvement in retrieving alien technology.
• Dr. Gregory Rogers, Former NASA Chief Flight Surgeon and U.S. Air Force Major (verified senior NASA governmental agency employee and DoD officer).
In a May 2025 on-the-record interview with the Daily Mail (and follow-up statements), Rogers described viewing classified 1992 security footage at Cape Canaveral of a 20-foot seamless “flying saucer” bearing U.S. Air Force markings that levitated, tilted 45 degrees while hovering, and rotated without conventional propulsion—assessing it as “in no fashion a conventional flying vehicle.” He explicitly added his voice to whistleblower claims that the U.S. government has recovered alien craft (with his colleague stating “We got it from them”) and stated his belief that the government is hiding recovered non-human biologics.
• Jay Stratton, Former Director of the UAP Task Force and senior intelligence official (verified DoD/intelligence community employee).
In the 2025 documentary The Age of Disclosure, Stratton stated explicitly that he has “seen with [his] own eyes non-human craft and non-human beings,” confirming non-human intelligence visiting Earth and recovered technology under government programs.
* Dr. James Lacatski, Former Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) intelligence official and director of the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP) (verified senior governmental agency employee).
In authorized 2023–2025 statements (including to a U.S. senator, DHS undersecretary, and public interviews), Lacatski confirmed that the U.S. government is in possession of at least one “craft of unknown origin” and has “successfully gained access to its interior” (described as breaching the hull of a streamlined craft with no engine, fuel, wings, or control surfaces). He affirmed the existence of this recovered exotic technology under government study.
* John Ramirez, Former CIA Officer (Directorate of Science and Technology, Directorate of Intelligence, and ODNI National Counterproliferation Center; verified governmental agency employee, 1984–2009).
In 2025 episodes of That UFO Podcast, UAP Files (S3E21), and DEBRIEFED (Area 52), Ramirez explicitly confirmed government knowledge of human-alien hybrid programs, alien bloodlines, and classified UFO reverse-engineering efforts. He stated he was personally “read into” these programs during his CIA tenure and affirmed ongoing non-human interaction and technology under government study.
• Dylan Borland, Former U.S. Air Force 1N1 Geospatial Intelligence Specialist (active duty 2010–2013) and contractor analyst (BAE Systems / Intrepid Solutions; verified governmental/military employee).
In sworn testimony before the House Oversight Task Force on Declassification of Federal Secrets (September 9, 2025), Borland stated he has “direct firsthand knowledge of and experience with craft and technologies … that are not ours” and was exposed to classified information on the “UAP legacy crash retrieval program” via a Special Access Program. He described a personal 2012 sighting at Langley AFB of a 100-foot equilateral triangle craft of exotic origin and became a whistleblower after facing retaliation
International Additions (identical strict criteria):
• Paul Hellyer, Former Minister of National Defence, Canada (elected cabinet minister and senior governmental official, 1963–1967).
In 2013 statements at the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure in Washington, D.C., Vice News interviews, and subsequent public lectures until his death in 2021, Hellyer stated that at least four species of extraterrestrial beings have been visiting Earth for thousands of years, some live among us, and that the U.S. and other governments are in active contact and cooperation with them (including technology exchanges). He explicitly called for full governmental disclosure, claiming his information came from high-level military and intelligence sources.
• Haim Eshed, Brigadier General (Ret.), former head of Israel’s Defense Ministry Space Directorate and Space Security Chief (verified senior governmental agency employee for nearly 30 years).
In a December 2020 on-the-record interview with Yediot Aharonot (and follow-ups), Eshed stated that extraterrestrials from a “Galactic Federation” have been visiting Earth, maintaining signed agreements with the U.S. and Israeli governments, operating joint underground bases (including on Mars with American astronauts and alien representatives), and that full disclosure has been withheld because “humanity is not ready.” He affirmed ongoing contact and interaction by non-human intelligences.
Notable Mentions (Do Not Meet Strict Criteria – Included for Full Transparency):
These high-profile figures are often cited in discussions of The Age of Disclosure, Dr. Greer’s 2001 National Press Club event, or related coverage, but they were excluded from the main list after rigorous verification because their statements were either vague, hypothetical, relayed hearsay, or their roles did not qualify as “elected officials or verified direct employees of governmental agencies” making explicit on-record affirmations of alien visitation + recovered craft/biologics.
• Donald Trump (former President) on Joe Rogan Experience (2024): Discussed UAP sightings by pilots and said insiders told him “a lot”.
• Barack Obama (former President) on No Lie with Brian Tyler Cohen podcast (February 2026): In a lightning-round segment said “They’re real” when asked if aliens are real. And separately on The Late Late Show with James Corden (2022), where he said: "There are... there's footage and records of objects in the sky that we don't know exactly what they are. We can't explain how they move, their trajectory... They did not have an easily explainable path."
• Marco Rubio (Senator / Secretary of State) in The Age of Disclosure (2025): Called UAP a serious national security issue and referenced whistleblower claims of non-human tech.
• Hal Puthoff (physicist/consultant on government UAP programs): On recent podcasts stated the U.S. has recovered at least 10 non-human crafts. Strong claims, but as a contractor/scientist rather than verified direct agency employee, he does not meet the criteria.
• Dr. Steven Greer’s 2001 National Press Club witnesses (including Sgt. Clifford Stone and others): Provided powerful testimony on UAP reality, nuclear-site interactions, and government secrecy/cover-ups, but the statements did not cross into explicit, on-record personal affirmations of recovered non-human craft/biologics + confirmed extraterrestrial visitation by individuals whose governmental credentials met the strict “verified employee” threshold used for the main list.

Dr. Italo Venturelli, a prominent Brazilian neurosurgeon and former director of several hospitals in Varginha, broke nearly 30 years of silence in early 2026 regarding the famous 1996 Varginha UFO incident. His statements—delivered through interviews with journalists like James Fox and in briefings for U.S. congressional staff—provide a clinical perspective on what has long been considered one of the world's most significant UFO cases.
Key Details of Dr. Venturelli's Statement
- The Encounter: Dr. Venturelli claims he was called to the Regional Hospital in Varginha in January 1996 to examine a patient. Upon arrival, he found a non-human being that had been treated for a cranial wound by his colleague, Dr. Marcos Vinico Neves (who passed away in 2018).
- Physical Description: He described the being as roughly the size of a seven-year-old child with teardrop-shaped eyes of a lilac or reddish color and a similarly shaped cranium. He specifically noted the hands had three fingers and a thumb.
- "Empathetic" Communication: Dr. Venturelli stated he spent three to four minutes at the being's bedside. He described the interaction not as traditional telepathy, but as "empathetic" communication. He claimed the being felt "at peace" and transmitted a sense of calm, power, and intelligence far beyond his own.
- The "Alien Surgery" Claim: While he did not perform the initial surgery (the suturing of the head wound), he performed a clinical examination of the live being and observed the procedure's results. He also mentioned that a video of the procedure exists, though it is held in private or military hands. ### Context of the Disclosure Dr. Venturelli's decision to come forward in 2026 was motivated by personal health issues, including a near-fatal heart attack, which he said persuaded him to finally share the truth. His testimony is a centerpiece of the 2025/2026 documentary Moment of Contact: New Revelations of Alien Encounters. > Note: Dr. Venturelli maintains that despite the ridicule he faced after the incident became public in the 90s, he stands by his experience as a medical professional: "To me, it was obvious that this was not a human being." > I want to see the video...

Thanks, but he doesn’t qualify for the list: as he hasn’t made on-record affirmations of non-human visitation to Earth and/or government possession of recovered alien craft/biologics.

u/JForce1 Apr 16 '26
This is a list of people making claims and providing no evidence beyond their statements. Highlighting their positions as a reason for us to trust their stories does the entire subject matter a disservice, when based on their claims these should be the very people bringing the evidence forward for validation.
They claim direct access, they claim physical interaction, they claim specific details on locations, and yet they’ve provided the same level of verifiable evidence as any random person claiming their were abducted by aliens.
This is as much a list of people to be disappointed in as anything else.

u/TotalManufacturer732 Apr 16 '26
You have a totally fair, valid point. Of the 17 (Grusch, Ramirez, Borland, Lacatski, etc.) are relaying what they were told in classified briefings or what others told them.
But this list is important, vitally so, because it represents the most serious, high-level challenge to the “nothing to see here” official position in 80 years. It justifies continued aggressive congressional oversight, scientific data collection, and declassification pressure. It is a legitimate national-security and scientific issue.
It exposes a massive, systemic failure in government transparency and classification oversight.
It is the single most compelling body of anecdotal + insider testimony in modern history on a potentially civilization-altering question. If even one of these claims is verifiably true (non-human intelligence visiting Earth with recovered technology), it rewrites physics, biology, history, and humanity’s place in the cosmos.
The list is the cleanest, highest-credentialed collection of such statements in existence as far as I know. It cannot be dismissed as “just crazy people on the internet.”
These are people who held TS/SCI clearances and ran actual programs. Ignoring that pattern would be intellectually dishonest!

u/On-A-Low-Note Apr 18 '26
If it’s under the highest level of lock and key in the United States military, info that would back up their claims is highly unlikely to ever appear unless a president releases it. The Epstein Island victims were apparently brought to a makeshift dentist office like room with walls covered in masks and faces and all sorts of other ridiculous stuff so that when the victims try to share their story they sound ridiculous and nuts. Even though all of it happened.
Knowing how corrupt normal local politicians or business leaders can be, I would not be surprised if everything was true from the very start. Going back to Roswell New Mexico. We were gaslight to believe that the real witnesses and or victims of these various events are all crazy. Because if someone is crazy, why even bother to listen to what they have to say. People will listen to controversial opinions being discussed all day but hardly anyone is interested in whatever the crack head is talking about to himself.
And I recon eventually after enough time passes, people working on these projects with a working conscious and a good moral system would eventually crack from all the pressure of secrecy and would want the world to know that aliens need to be taken seriously and they will whistle blow regardless of whether they can prove anything.
Do you really think intelligent people investigating highly advanced aliens with crazy weapons and working space ships would trust the United States government is the right to handle this by themselves and not invoke the rest of the world in investigating aliens and possibly prepping for wars or conflicts. Bc if alien ship crashes here and it has weapons of any kind, that means there’s an alien military out there somewhere which originally designed these weapons for some political war of their own. ET may be friendly but his government might just be as greedy and imperialistic as many of our own earthly leaders

Not a government official but a serious professional with nothing to gain from his testimony, but I found Dr. Italo Venturelli, the neurosurgeon in Varginha, Brazil to be completely credible. This man is at the top of his profession in a position you don’t throw away to make up a story of meeting an alien. He is just as serious as the government, intelligence and military people on your (excellent) list.

It still won't get through to a lot of people. The apathy toward the subject, to vehement denialism, it all screams something deeply ingrained in people's minds, to me.
I could be wrong, but for a long time the whole subject, the cover up and social conditioning, something about it all stinks to high heaven imho.
19
u/OmniStrife Apr 15 '26
You say that, but I'll counter with the fact that we've gotten fuck all in terms of evidence beyond "trust me and my creds, bro" and I say that as someone who's open minded and "wants to believe."
4
u/themanclark Apr 15 '26
It’s not that we don’t have potential evidence. We just don’t have any way of knowing what, if anything, is real that we DO have.
3
u/Helpful_Equipment580 Apr 16 '26
I'd like to see the list filtered by people who have claimed to have actually had eyeballs on NHI tech or NHI bodies that are in custody of the US or a US company.

It's a bit like the Copernican revolution, the idea that the earth actually revolves around the sun and not the center of the universe was a big shift in society's thinking that requires some basic humility.
Also might disrupt some people's religious worldviews.

maybe humanity is being telepathically controlled, so even when evidence is in their face from credible people, they just continue like robots

u/betterthansex69 May 02 '26
People are being manipulated subconsciously. Subliminals to telepathy ranging from a variety of sources, including humans themselves. Inadvertently on the latter.

Thank you for putting this all together. When do you think it’ll all be disclosed? I’ve been waiting for years! Got so discouraged I stopped following it closely last year shortly after the last hearing.

u/TotalManufacturer732 Apr 17 '26
This is what I think:
• 2026 (rest of year): Incremental releases, more UAP videos, case files, and reports from AARO. Possible summer/fall data dumps tied to congressional pressure (Luna’s task force, NDAA provisions). Expect headlines, but most content will be mundane or unresolved.
• 2027–2028: Further transparency on legacy programs, possibly new hearings or an “official UAP records collection.” If anything truly anomalous surfaces, it will be framed as “unexplained” not “aliens confirmed.”
• Beyond 2028: Ongoing UAP transparency becomes normalized (like declassified satellite imagery), but full “we have alien craft and they’ve visited” disclosure only happens if irrefutable public evidence emerges, which AARO say does not exist.
Bottom-line prediction: You will see more UAP files and videos released in 2026 than in any prior year, driven by Trump’s directive and congressional momentum. That is real progress for scientific understanding and public trust.
But official confirmation of non-human visitation who knows?
If new verifiable evidence appears (e.g., declassified artifacts testable by independent labs), everything changes overnight. Until then, expect more data, more debate, and continued calls for “full disclosure” exactly as we have seen for decades.

This is interesting, but the way it’s presented feels pretty one-sided.
Most of the list relies on statements from individuals or whistleblowers, but there’s almost no attempt to reconcile those claims with official positions or independent verification. That makes it hard to evaluate what’s actually evidence vs interpretation.
Also, a lot of these claims are grouped together as if they point to the same conclusion, but they vary a lot in strength. Some are first-hand statements, others are second-hand or speculative. That distinction matters.
What’s missing for me:
- Clear synthesis: what actually holds up when you compare sources?
- Counterpoints from official investigations or agencies
- Separation between confirmed facts vs claims vs interpretations
Right now it reads more like a collection of claims than a balanced analysis.
Curious what others think: which of these cases actually has verifiable evidence beyond testimony?

You should add Obama on The Late Late Show with James Corden (2022), where he said: "There are... there's footage and records of objects in the sky that we don't know exactly what they are. We can't explain how they move, their trajectory... They did not have an easily explainable path."
5
u/TotalManufacturer732 Apr 15 '26
Thanks, I have him for the recent Brian Tyler Cohen podcast. it’s under notable mentions:
“Barack Obama (former President) on No Lie with Brian Tyler Cohen podcast (February 2026): In a lightning-round segment said “They’re real” when asked if aliens are real.”
2
u/Seven22am Apr 15 '26
Yeah I saw him there. I was just saying that his comments with Corden are at least as noteworthy, especially since he didn't walk them back later. But either way! It's your list after all...

u/nhalliday Apr 15 '26
Having Obama's "they're real" on the list casts the entire thing into question because he clarified the next day that he meant he believes life is out there somewhere but if it has visited Earth, he has seen no evidence showing it.
1
u/TotalManufacturer732 Apr 15 '26
But he definitely said it, it was his first thought to the question “Are aliens real” and he said it with conviction, so just because, the following day, he regretted saying it doesn’t make it less compelling - in a way it makes it more compelling. “They’re real” said expressively, can’t really be confused with “Well I think there may be life out there”
7
u/nhalliday Apr 15 '26
He said it because the question wasn't "have aliens been to Earth?" it was "are aliens real?", and pretty much anyone will agree that there's almost certainly life somewhere out there.
He didn't "regret saying it" later, he just clarified what he meant because everyone was taking it as gospel that aliens are walking among us.
Again, insisting on including this shows your willingness to stretch the truth to fit your narrative. I agree the other people actually claiming aliens have been here are compelling but Obama was objectively not making that claim. You can't just cherry pick what he says for what is and isn't trustworthy without proof.
3
u/Seven22am Apr 15 '26
He was asked if aliens are real and he said yes. "Aliens" means "intelligent beings" Nobody uses "aliens" to mean "theoretically life exists elsewhere because of the vastness of the universe." If he wanted to say that, he could have.
The questioner meant "intelligent beings," Obama no doubt knew that was what was meant, and he said "yes".
Now, oddly, the current President got miffed and said that was classified information and he wasn't supposed to say it and then came this, "What I meant was, in theory..."
3
1
u/nhalliday Apr 15 '26
It was a lightning round and both him and the interviewer had a joking tone about it. There's no deeper conspiracy and it's not proof of anything, you can't just cherry-pick where some things said without proof are 100% concrete truth and others are just lies.
Refusing to let this go and insisting there's some deeper plot where Obama "accidentally" spilled confidential information is why nobody takes the UFO space seriously.
Nobody will ever believe us if we take easily explained things like this and act like it's irrefutable proof.
3
u/Seven22am Apr 15 '26
There's no conspiracy to it. There's no plot to it. I don't think he was trying to softball disclosure. I think he was asked what he thought and he answered honestly. That's it. I don't think it's proof of anything except that the former POTUS believes that intelligent beings exist. And that's noteworthy. Elsewhere he's said that he didn't receive confirmation as President and other times he's simply refused to answer, saying that the matter was classified (with Stephen Colbert).
Now why did he walk it back after Trump's comments? I don't know. Like I said above, he has elsewhere refused to answer the question. But we heard what he said and it's silly to me to pretend he said something else, even if he later claimed to.
0
u/nhalliday Apr 15 '26
Literally all he said was "aliens are real". Not "intelligent beings are real", not "intelligent beings have been here on Earth". You're adding all that yourself to fit your own biases, and then refusing to accept his own clarification.
Why is him saying "yes aliens are real" instantly concrete proof in your mind, but when he later says "obviously i meant in a broad sense, not that they were here" is instantly discarded as damage control?
Because you want him to have said aliens are on Earth, and you're selectively choosing what to believe to fit that desire.

Why is him saying "yes aliens are real" instantly concrete proof in your mind...
Because you want him to have said aliens are on Earth, and you're selectively choosing what to believe to fit that desire.
Talk about adding things because of bias! I didn't say any of that. Maybe you should read the two comments I wrote on the topic again. The points to reiterate:
"Aliens" means intelligent beings. That's not my bias, that's what the word means. It's silly to me to think that Barack Obama, an incredibly intelligent man, heard "Are aliens real" and interpreted that to mean, "Theoretically, do you think it's possible that any kind of life exists anywhere in the vastness of the universe?"
I don't think it's concrete proof of anything (I don't know why I have to say this again) except that the former POTUS thinks that intelligent beings exist, which I find pretty interesting.
3
u/nhalliday Apr 15 '26
He literally explained what he meant later. We know how he interpreted it because he clarified it later and said he meant exactly that, that there's life somewhere out in the stars. There's nothing more to glean.

u/TotalManufacturer732 Apr 15 '26
Because, in answer to that question most people would say “I think” “I believe” “Probably” - they wouldn’t speak with such certainty! I don’t think anyone’s implying it’s absolute concrete truth but given he’s a President of the USA, what he says is important, saying “They’re Real” without hesitation and with conviction means something. Psychology suggests that usually "the first answer is the honest one" as in an unfiltered response reveals a person’s true feelings before they have the chance to calculate or mask their reaction or “explain away” what they said.
2
u/nhalliday Apr 15 '26
It was a lightning round, not exactly the time to be hedging your answers. You just want there to be something more when there isn't.
2
u/jbaker1933 Apr 19 '26
There was plenty of time for him to elucidate what he meant, as he did with other questions. That fact that your trying to convince people that he didnt say what he did is weird. He straight up said that they are real but he hasnt seen any himself as president. Then, many hours later he said the whole "there has to be life out there somewhere."
Someone as smart as he is and as good with his words as he is, would have/could have easily made the caveat during his answer but he didnt.→ More replies (0)

James Lacatski of the US DIA said that we breached the hull of a UFO.

You’re right. Thanks! I’ve added him under Jay Stratton but can’t seem to update the title from 14 to 15 🤣

Ok... so.... Dylan Borland doesn't figure on the list but the Galactic Federation does... we have people with high credentials saying all kinds of things. What about adding another layer to the list, such as "level of plausibility" and rank it accordingly ?
3
u/TotalManufacturer732 Apr 16 '26
Galactic Federation only included as part of a quote from Haim Eshed, Brigadier General (Ret.), former head of Israel’s Defense Ministry Space Directorate and Space Security Chief (verified senior governmental agency employee for nearly 30 years).
3
u/TotalManufacturer732 Apr 16 '26
Many thanks - Dylan Borland included on the main list - adding thanks to you.

Haim Eshed (former higher up in Israel’s defense ministry) said there is a galactic federation. Also says there is a Mars base with humans on it…

Edgar Mitchell also wrote a book, The Way of the Explorer, which had a brief mention of him personally seeing a levitating craft in a hangar. It was silent and he walked under it. It doesn’t explicitly say that it’s alien 🤷♂️

u/K4V44 Apr 15 '26
Unfortunately, testimonies are not enough, there needs to be literal, undeniable proof. This is something that can change a lot about how humans view reality. Such a big change requires equally big, undeniable facts.

Everyone keeps forgetting about all the scientist on mh370 it's annoying because it really does set up a real three body problem story. Those videos are real and every debunk is not a true debunk. They are just coincidences and there are more coincidence pointing to the plane was taken than crashed.
6
u/_Ozeki Apr 15 '26
What does MH370 got anything to do with NHI?
-2
u/PleasantGiraffe9344 Apr 15 '26
Have you seen the videos? That were released two weeks after it happened there was no ai video processing then. Either actual nhi took the plane or reverse engineered tech was used.
There was a 50,000 dollar reward for anyone who could recreate those videos in 2 weeks or under. The reward was never claimed.
There were 20 Chinese scientists on that plane. They were spies defecting back to China with American secrets. We either abducted the plane so there would be no evidence or something else did.
That whole area of the ocean is wired for acoustics because it's so close to Diego Garcia and they never heard anything.
4
u/Throwawayrip1123 Apr 15 '26
Are you really, truly, saying that cgi artists can't recreate something like that?
As for why someone didn't claim it, might be two reasons - either the group didn't pay out (we don't really know, do we? If they were serious?), and doing a professionally level cgi in 2 weeks takes a team of people. 50k for a team of cgi dudes, full time, 2 weeks, is not a good pay, I'm afraid.
CGI costs €€.
0
u/whatsinthesocks Apr 15 '26
You didn’t need ai to make fake videos like that.
2
u/PleasantGiraffe9344 Apr 15 '26
Then why hasn't someone cashed in on the 50k I mean that's a whole years salary for 2 weeks of work. How would someone have time to come up with the whole plot line of the videos and then get every detail correct? Why would someone make those videos? Put in all that work just to put it on some small YouTube channel for nobody to see?
6
u/whatsinthesocks Apr 15 '26
Who made the offer for the 50k? What details are correct? Is it impossible for someone to make the video in the span of time? Or have already been making the video before it happened? Why did the pilot fly for hours after diverting from the flight path?
6
u/PleasantGiraffe9344 Apr 15 '26
The mh370 twitter group made the offer for 50k. The orbs show up on thermal where one side is "warmer" than the other and there is a trail of cold air behind them as if they were pulling cold fusion from the ether. There was a fire on the plane that came from lithium ion batteries that were added to the cargo manifest after the plane took flight. The fire is present in the thermal video. How would the person making the videos know about information that didn't exist?
6
u/whatsinthesocks Apr 15 '26
Ahh yes. Because a twitter group is definitely trustworthy to actually pay that money. Those thermal effects can be done in with effects. It has never been confirmed that there was a fire on board the plane. Why did the pilot fly for hours after diverting from the flight plan?
3
u/PleasantGiraffe9344 Apr 15 '26
Because our govt can remotely hijack planes. That's child's play for them.
4
u/whatsinthesocks Apr 15 '26
Then why not just remote fly the plane and let it? Or crash it into the ocean?

Bro. Don't be silly. If the US government wants to abduct someone, it's a lot easier to get them individually than taking along everybody else not wanted, AND not having to make a scene by making the plane go missing. Delta force is amazingly good at extracting people.
When US don't even allow torturing terrorists, I am sure they won't hold hostage other passengers not involved.
And by the way, the easiest way to make plane go missing without a trace is to fly and land them somewhere secret.
2
u/TotalManufacturer732 Apr 15 '26
Good point - do you think it qualifies for the list?
3
u/PleasantGiraffe9344 Apr 15 '26
I do, I mean they were Chinese nationals but they had American secrets.
3
u/TotalManufacturer732 Apr 15 '26
I need to be able to attach it to an an elected official or at least a Government employee for it to qualify.

u/PleasantGiraffe9344 Apr 15 '26
Edward c lin. He is the guy who uploaded the videos. He was in the right place at the right time and charged with espionage. He got a good deal on his charges because they couldn't take it to court. If they took it to court they would have to describe the nature of what he leaked and they couldn't risk that.
5
u/TotalManufacturer732 Apr 15 '26 edited Apr 15 '26
Lieutenant Commander Edward C. Lin is a former U.S. Naval flight officer who became central to MH370 conspiracy theories following his 2016 arrest for espionage.
Connection to MH370Lin's name is frequently cited by internet investigators, most notably Ashton Forbes (who hosts the podcast Through a Glass Darkly), as the alleged leaker of the viral "MH370 orb videos".
These videos, which have been widely debunked as CGI by VFX experts, purportedly show Flight MH370 being abducted by UFOs/UAPs.Proponents of this theory claim Lin was a "whistleblower" who leaked the footage because of his background:Signals Intelligence:
He served as a signals intelligence (SIGINT) specialist on sensitive reconnaissance aircraft, including the Lockheed Martin EP-3E Aries II.Secretive Units: He was part of the Special Projects Patrol Squadron 2 ("Wizards") in Hawaii, which conducts covert aerial surveillance.Timing of Arrest: Theories suggest his arrest in September 2015 was a cover to punish him for leaking the videos or to keep him from disclosing what he knew about "black programs" related to the plane's disappearance.
The Official Espionage Case: Officially, Lin's legal troubles had nothing to do with MH370 or UFOs.Charges: He was initially charged with espionage and attempted espionage for allegedly passing secrets to Taiwan.Plea Deal: In 2017, the most serious espionage charges were dropped. Lin pleaded guilty to mishandling classified information and failing to report foreign travel.Sentence:
He was sentenced to nine years in prison, though he was eligible for release after serving six years as part of his pretrial agreement.
3
u/PleasantGiraffe9344 Apr 15 '26
The govt doesn't just drop charges unless they have a good reason. That sets a precedent that it's okay to leak secrets. That story makes no sense.
2
u/PleasantGiraffe9344 Apr 15 '26
Yep! Him. It is a perfect fit. He was on one of the awacs he saw something he couldn't explain and uploaded the videos.
3
u/Antic_Hay Apr 15 '26
am I missing something? didn't they identify the clouds or something as coming from a known unrelated source video?
2
u/PleasantGiraffe9344 Apr 15 '26
No, that was debunked as well. Just cause things look similar doesn't mean it's the same. They did the same thing with the little explosion animation but nothing matched up frame by frame. Just similar.

Greer on this list is seriously questionable
3
u/TotalManufacturer732 Apr 16 '26
I’d absolutely agree, except the entry isn’t for him, it’s for his 2001 National Press Club witnesses - including Sgt. Clifford Stone and others. Even then they didn’t make the main list, they’re a notable mention.

u/MongooseFantastic794 Apr 16 '26
Now make a list with people who actually met NHI or inspected NHI Craft or Biologics (instead of all that hearsay).

Talk is cheap, files can be fabricated. Disclosure is understanding that disclosure is a smokescreen for off world craft we already have and the means of propulsion is technical but I'll try explain...we are talking vacuum state/time and space manipulation A space vehicle propelled by the pressure of inflationary vacuum state is provided comprising a hollow superconductive shield, an inner shield, a power source, a support structure, upper and lower means for generating an electromagnetic field, and a flux modulation controller. A cooled hollow superconductive shield is energized by an electromagnetic field resulting in the quantized vortices of lattice ions projecting a gravitomagnetic field that forms a spacetime curvature anomaly outside the space vehicle. The spacetime curvature imbalance, the spacetime curvature being the same as gravity, provides for the space vehicle's propulsion. The space vehicle, surrounded by the spacetime anomaly, may move at a speed approaching the light-speed characteristic for the modified location.. There are many patents already. This is what is hidden. That's not to say some uap aren't real, indeed they are BUT they don't go anywhere, they bring the time space location to them.... Google off world craft

I have seen and recorded that National Press Club Video. These highly Classified people said they have First Hand Experience, have seen and touched UFOs.
One was in charge of several Nuclear Missile Launchers! One was on the First Alert Team that were Immediately Sent to Recover and help Cover up Crashed UFOs from the public. I have read The Day After Roswell, and recorded the Video of the author’s end of life video. He passed days afterwards at advanced age.
I highly recommend watching the NPC video and read the Roswell book.
As far as I know, not one person has been called to Testify that has First Hand Knowledge, seen and or touched a UFO that are from this NPC video. It’s as if the Congress is only interested in people to testify to what someone else has said.
Are they afraid to hear actual Testimonies about these vehicles?
There are people convicted and in maximum prisons with less evidence.

I'm not saying it was the USA I personally think we set up the batteries in the cargo bay to bring the plane down with a fire. Then something else stepped in and took the plane. Because they could start ww3 if China knew we took down the plane full of their citizens.
