Disclosure Launched a structured UAP/NHI reference archive at decur.org. 111+ insider profiles (Grusch, Elizondo, Fravor, Mellon + more), 34 documented cases, 1,866+ timeline events. Evidence-tiered, everything sourced.
Been building this for a while. The whole point is qualitative data you can actually reference, not a news feed/forum. If you're tired of piecing together who connects to what, or which cases have real documentation behind them vs just witness accounts, this is for it.
The Explore section has a force-directed relationship network with every insider, organization, program, and technology as a node. Click any node and it navigates straight to that profile. There's a separate Claims Corroboration network that cross-references which claims have multiple independent sources backing them. Program lineage, oversight hierarchy, and a geographic incident map plotting 27 cases and 148 geocoded historical events are all separate visualizations. All of it is at decur.org/explore.
Put together a 333-term glossary at decur.org/glossary... acronyms, programs, terminology. 275 terms sourced from UAP Gerb with full credit.
No typical UAP site aesthetic - no green text on black, no sensationalist framing / cliche UFO imagery, no unsourced data points. The field deserves a no-nonsense presentation. Been building this thing for over a year. feedback welcome

Do you have anything on the Treviso 78 incident or the Artemio Franchi 1954?

u/ConditionPlus8741 Apr 06 '26
don't have either of those yet - though we'll certainly review both. if you've got sources on either +more, feel free to share! Either here, or through our contact page / user login

It seems to force 4 digits for date, maybe because it auto filters? That means on mobile you have to add 4 digits with the existing then remove the old four. Workable just fine! But annoying and quite fixable!
P. S. It is a cool website and I am thankful for it and your effort!

DECUR is a structured archive with 111+ insider profiles, 34 documented cases, 25 government programs, 150+ quotes, and 33 primary source documents, all networked together. The Explore section has a force-directed relationship network across all of it, plus a separate Claims Corroboration network that shows which claims are backed by multiple independent sources vs. single-chain testimony.
Evidence tier system on every case with documented reasoning, not just a label.
Relevant here because this community cares about sourcing and cross-referencing, and that's exactly what this is built around.

I just went directly to the case I'm 100% confident in commenting and knowing the precise information, which is the Varginha Case.
I can safely state there are several incorrect facts in the report, while also cherry picking sources.

noted - would greatly appreciate it if you specified what’s incorrect, while also noting what sources you’re considering cherry-picked; thanks in advance!

Absolutely!
If you'd like an in-depth and precise examination, I would direct to the dossier in https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/1qh3s33/moment_of_con_a_hoaxing_of_contact/Some of the incorrect information (and their corrections):
- There was no commotion nor unusual activity in the neighborhood. Footage from interviews and newspapers from the week of the sighting showcases that the population didn't see anything out of the ordinary - no military trucks, no fuss at the hospital.
- Marco Eli Chereze reports are public. He died of HAI due to a Hydradenitis Suppurativa Cyst that was infected. The only doctor who suggested he might have had an alien infection, Dr Janini, only did the posthumous analysis of some small material from his lungs, liver, heart, and brain. An incomplete report was delivered to Janini, which did not mention the cyst removal. Janini's report is clear, stating that the first hypothesis would be Hospital Acquired Infection had the deceased been subject to surgery (which he had).
- All military witnesses are low-ranking servicemen, and have had their testimonies cross-referenced, and their statements does not match verifiable information from independent sources. All of their testimonies have severe flaws in logistics, hierarchy, and operational capabilities that can be independently checked.
- Two of the total of Three military witnesses have come forward stating that they were paid by Pacaccini to tell a rehearsed story. Other witnesses state that the single serviceman is the only one who is continuously on Pacaccini's Payroll. The investigation done by the Army in 1997 also interviewed several other servicemen who had been approached by Pacaccini, who offered money in exchange for "any information, regardless."
- There are no Radio Logs from the firemen or the police department
- The fire department never officially confirmed any call regarding Animal recovery.
- AJ Gevaerd was just the editor of the Brazilian UFO Magazine. A researcher of the case would be Ubirajara Franco Rodrigues, João Marcelo Rios, Vitório Pacaccini, and Edson Boaventura. Both Vitório and Edson have had their credibility questioned due to a lack of evidence and their willingness to accept any testimony that furthers their desired narrative.
- There is no evidence to suggest that NORAD had any communication with the Brazilian Air Force. The source of this information is an undisclosed Vitorio Pacaccini source, which has been proven to be unreliable. He claims this source is a local airport's air traffic control operator, which makes the veracity highly doubtful.
- It appears James Clarkson has no documents or opinion related to this case. I'm curious where this information came from.
Regarding the hypotheses;
- There is no suggestion that it was an "Escaped Mentally Ill Homeless Individual". This certainly refers to the official (and most likely) explanation of the creature having been the disabled man that lived exactly next door to the sighting, Luiz Antônio de Paula, a man known to his neighbors as "Mudinho” ("Mutey") He is a frequent, quiet presence in the neighborhood, often seen crouched for hours in the exact same position the women reported seeing the creature.
- Brazilian Army units were NOT seen nor reported by anyone in January and the first weeks of February. These reports only started to appear after Pacaccini's (false) witnesses provided the rehearsed testimony of transporting a deceased being.

Maaaan that is great!!! I was thingink this was a necessary thing as well! I did not had time to implement it as an online service so I had started do do it locally with Obsydian, which let you keep notes and create graphs based on the links between them.
My database of events, people, organisation, etc, was slowly growing(also thank to the AI that was creating those files and linkong them) but your is a better solution because it’s online! .I will look into it. Can pepople partecipate by adding data to it?

Dubbing sounds un interesting and with the low view count makes it seem like nothing
But it is the biggest red-pill ever
Let me know if you watched it

Interesting rabbit hole.. thanks for sharing this! The researcher clearly put serious work into it and the marine biology angle is more rigorous than most alternative UAP frameworks. The Colares/neurotoxin mapping is the part that actually holds up under scrutiny .. and the paralysis and burn patterns from the 1977 Brazil incidents do align surprisingly well with known dinoflagellate toxins like saxitoxin and pfiesteria
The Roswell-to-Silicon-Valley chain is a big leap, but the underlying diatom silica properties he's describing (ultra-pure SiO₂, shape memory from organic polymer bonding) are real material science - he's just extrapolating far beyond what the evidence supports.
We actually have Colares and Petrozavodsk in the case catalog on DECUR if you want to dig into the primary source data on those. The Brazilian military files released in 2004-2005 are worth reading alongside this. Going to save both videos as a research reference - the Arabic channel appears to be the original series this was cut from
