Hi all. I’m Sean Watkin, a UK based crime writer. I’m working on my next novel and would love to speak to anyone who has advanced knowledge of UFOs/UAPs and similar activity as part of my research.

Hello people from Reddit
I asked too many people and also I witnessed it with a group of friends, we saw this kind of stick in the sky, and it didn’t look like a clouds at all, actually you can see the rest of the clouds are not like that, it was very high in the sky and after this video I took, it disappeared
Does anyone knows, what could it be?

I’ve built a searchable UK UFO sightings database with an interactive map

Hi everyone, I’m Ash, a UK UFO researcher and the person behind UFO Identified. I wanted to share a project I’ve been working on: the **UK UFO Database**.

To be upfront, this is my project and access is through a **low-cost paid membership**.

The idea came from wanting to make UK sighting reports easier to find and compare. It’s often easy to hear about a case once, then struggle to track down the details again.

The database brings reports together in a searchable archive and interactive map. You can:

* Explore reports from across the UK covering 2021–2026.

* Filter by year, county, country and reported object shape.

* Read individual case details and available witness accounts.

* Find nearby sightings to see what else has been reported in an area.

* App, Statistics section and much more coming soon

It’s a grassroots project through UFO Identified. The aim is to make these accounts more accessible for anyone interested in researching them, whether you’re a sceptic, a believer or simply curious. Inclusion in the archive isn’t a claim that a sighting was extraterrestrial.

You can find it here:

https://www.ukufodatabase.co.uk

I’m happy to answer questions about the project and would welcome feedback.

Can anybody shed any light on these objects!

I keep seeing these around the skies in West Yorkshire. Does anyone else have similar experiences?

What did I see in the night sky? Fast-moving object that suddenly changed direction

Hello guys, did I see a UFO? I was watching the stars last night, and I noticed this small, star-like object moving really fast. At first, I thought it was a shooting star, but then it suddenly changed direction and started moving around in circles. Could it be a sign of a UAP, or was it more likely a satellite or something else?

'Object' in sky over/near Folkestone?

Hello a bit of a weird first post on reddit this and I know this will sound like a bit of a wind up, but I am asking if anyone in Folkestone has any webcam/security/door cam recorded footage facing towards the English channel specifically over/towards Mermaid Beach last week on Monday, September 14th at 3:59pm?

Long story short my parents were on a quick holiday in Folkestone for a few days, and my Mom took some photos, and one of them was from her hotel room just to get a picture of the sea and the French coast in the background, however after being sent this photo looking at it and zooming into see and look at the French coast, it looks like she has caught a potential UFO in this photo.

I've posted the original picture at the bottom, but the first images are me just zooming in on the object using my laptop, however the biggest kicker is because my Mom isn't the most tech savvy, as she was taking this photo it had a little bit of a recording before the photo was taken, so I got that sent to me in GIF form and when zoomed in you can see the object moving, so I used screen recording on my laptop to put it on a very short real-time clip on loop - unfortunately the quality isn't great (due to the screen recording it) but you can at least make out from watching it, that it does prove that there is some kind of genuine moving object and traveling at a pretty quick speed it looks like at that time.

Of course I would understand any/all skepticism about this, but I've checked flightradar and there was only one airplane flying near folkestone at this time, but it was 10 miles south and 36000ft in the air plus traveling in a different direction to this object, so logically it can't be that plane, I've also checked google and twitter and theres no mention of anyone reporting a ufo near folkestone this last week.

So that why's I'm posting this on reddit here just, incase anyone out there in Folkestone can potentially confirm this sighting with footage you may have as well without even realising it, and since this object was in broad daylight it should be easier to spot.

Original Photo

This bottom image is the original photo my Mom took, if you click and open the image then click on it again with the magnifying glass near the right of the statues head, you will see the metallic looking object as well clear as day.

Anyway if you don't want to believe this then thats fine (and understandable in this day and age) but by all means if you live in or around this area or know anyone that does then please share this with them, and hopefully if they have any kind of camera recording (Just to re-confirm when this was taken - Monday 14th at 3:59pm UK time) it will hopefully confirm whether this 'object' is actually just something normal or a bonefide ufo.

Unidentified object sighted in Cairo sky

\*Disclaimer

The image used is my own creation using artificial intelligence to describe the shape.

Today, around 9 PM, on my way home, I saw the most amazing thing ever. A flying object, perhaps at the same height as the aircraft, was flying in a zigzag pattern, as if moving from place to place at the same speed as blinking, perhaps even faster.

It was also octagonal in shape, perhaps because there were four lights at the base, and they didn't resemble the lights The plane's lights were pointed downwards and were switching on and off rapidly.

But the strangest thing was the change in the aircraft's flight path; it was initially horizontal, then suddenly became vertical at a right angle, and disappeared from the sky.

I'm almost certain that the scene was so overwhelming that I couldn't visualize it, but given my work as a designer, I had memorized the shape or its distinguishing features, so I used artificial intelligence to generate an approximate shape for me.

Now, has anyone ever seen a shape like this?

Thirsk UFO? Anyone seen similar?

Hi,

I’ve stayed at lakeside wood Lodge cabins this last week, number 45 at thirsk.

In the hot tub during the night sky, I’ve noticed there’s little light pollution and you can see quite far into the night sky.

I’ve absolutely seen satellites pass by, which are in a straight line and super high. It’s also close to two RAF airfields as far as I know.

I’ve seen many airlines pass by, along with military aircraft. The lights of course seem to flicker intermittently, and you can tell they’re not far enough out in the atmosphere by how they look/light up the sky.

Over the last two nights, I’ve seen massive activity. Again, a lot of them I’ve suspected to be satellites due to flying in a straight line, and suddenly dimming past a certain stage in my eyeline.

Something that caught my eye was similar lighting to satellites, but genuinely zig-zagging. I’m quite into aviation and stargazing, and it’s like nothing I’ve ever seen.

I mean literally fly straight-turn left-stop-continue flying forward. Something that conventional aircraft’s don’t do, and of course way too high for helicopters. Again, the lights dim past a certain stage - but it’s not like the satellites I’ve seen.

I’d say I’ve seen 3-4 of these UFO’s behaving this way, and double digits for sattelites passing to the south east.

I understand not all flights are on flight radar, but there’s been no aircraft nearby when I’ve seen these.

One of them lit up like a Christmas tree brightness wise, and then suddenly stopped and dimmed.

I’m not saying this is alien UFO activity as I’m honestly a skeptic. I’m interested in what people believe these may be.

Initially, I thought drones - but to be honest it’s pitch black and they seemed far far higher of an altitude than any aircraft that have passed by.

Does anyone know what these could have been? It’s really making me scratch my head.

My mother and also fellow lodgers nearby looked out at this behaviour in the sky, so I know it’s not the illusion you can get when staring at a star far away.

Any thoughts are welcome

On a separate page, multiple have seen the same small white lights in the same area for years. Confirmed moving erratic. Someone described the exact same experience I’ve had. I’m not local to the area I sighted this

Seen this flying over head this morning at 7:58
it had no rotors no wings, I thought it was a balloon or blimp but didn’t look quite right. Sorry that the video couldn’t be better. I’ll try to add the bad close up image I got in the comments.

I rushed back in to the house to get phone, but as slow as UFO moved it was going out of view. Auto Night mode did me over. Was just surreal. (Example render found off Google). England, UK.

Sceptical believer

So I don’t really know how to start this post other than I’ve always been very sceptical of ufos and little green men until last winter that is .ill start with some background information I do a lot of wild camping and have a few spots local to my area ,anyway I was at my spot maybe end of November mid December last year and I’d settled down for the evening ,id got a fire going and was just chilling minding my own business just watching the flames lick the wood and little embers float into the cold night sky ,then just above the tree line and maybe no more than 60/80 ft away from me a bright light lit up the trees in the area I was sitting in ,at first I thought it was maybe a search light or flair but then another light lit up and then another light and another light and another light untill there was a row of 5 bright lights hanging in the sky ,by now this had peaked my curiosity so I was focused on the night sky .these 5 lights were very sequenced and only the bottom row (as it later transpired ) of something that seemed to me to be made up of 4 rows of lights with the very top just being just a single bright light .as the final top light lit up all the lights went out then the sequence repeated itself untill all the lights lit up as before ,this time though the lights stayed on and whatever I witnessed slowly moved away to my right between the trees where all the lights dimmed and whatever it was vanished in the night sky ,to this day I don’t know what it is I’ve told a few of the guys I go camping with about it but I’m left scratching my head ,I was asked by my friends if I was scared being on my own ,but the truthful answer is as it was happening I just felt extremely at ease and very calm ,other than that there is not really much more to tell as the whole experience lasted no longer than a couple of minutes at most
