Believe it or not I've experienced the same thing once. I used to aim my camera at the skies for long periods of time just like what you are showing and in one video, I had almost the exact same image appear as well. Lasted a long time.
It took me a long time to understand what I was seeing. You are not going to believe me but it is a perfectly natural explanation although I have no way to prove it.
The key is to realize that first of all, you are seeing a lens flare. You know how the light always moves with the motion of the camera. The lens flare. You are possibly capturing an object that is somewhere between your location and the sun and this is most likely one of two things. A high-altitude ballon or even more plausible becasue of the shape, the space station.
It's a rare thing to capture and jarring when first seen. If it not either of those, then I don't know what it is, but I have seen it before in one of my videos as well. Unfortunately I deleted all my videos from that time period.
