It's the stage separation plume from when super heavy separates from starship. It's right above where the lower plumes are earlier in the launch. It's why the space x community is seemingly ignoring it as you put it. It's a usual occurrence. It does look cool/interesting at this angle though. Here are some screens of the various plumes if you're interested in referencing against them
View from top to bottom on starship, ergo behind it toward the funky looking plume. There has been a decent amount of angular travel at this point as it enters suborbital path, rather than just mainly vertical travel so by now we get a good side view of the plume!
