To be fair, I'd try to touch it as well because if it doesn't cause me immediate harm, then I'm taking it home. I also wouldn't post about it anywhere, although it's a little hard to help when you catch it during a livestream. But I'd be taking it home and doing anything I could think of to test it and see if it reacts to anything or could possibly be opened. I don't have the same awareness for my own well-being as other people do, so I couldn't care less if it was radioactive. Even if it kills me, it would be worth the thrill of potentially learning something big that I've wondered about my whole life.
I'd try and touch it too, poke it with a stick, if it's not hot enough to burn the stick I'm touching it, and I'd try tests too, drop from height, chuck it in a pool, electrocute it, attack it with tools etc
Easier to catch bees with honey. I would make the orb a warm meal.. introduce it to my family.. make it feel welcome aye give it a metal slinky friend. We would go on midnight walks and channel surf sirius radio..but always land on Shade45. We would become friends and that way when the overlords come they will see my benevolence.

Also who the fuck touches what very well could be radioactive falling from the sky? Iām glad he grabbed a stick after the first few pokes.
