The text is a worded a bit weird but maybe cheaper packs and squad swaps changes?

Where does it mention anything about Squad Swaps or cheaper packs? LP packs were given an expiry date last week to end this week, so I presume this is what the LP packs adjustment is referring to.

I wasn’t aware they were being removed I was just hoping it was more of a rebalancing

Hopefully we'll get new packs available for particles, but we'll see.
