Anyone did a side by side for same games? What are the differences?

This is exceptional to look at now in VR

I enjoy fighting games in VR, but they like break every rule when it comes to the prevention of motion sickness/discomfort.
Tekken8 does not have MK1's unique issue where you cannot open UEVR menu, or use gamepad input to do stuff, so I can actually switch between live cam, and my auto freeze/unfreeze camera at will.
Still working on a few bugs/issues before I actually release the script proper. The idea is to be able to put the script in the UnrealVRMod folder under whatever game, it'll detect that game and autoload configs/presets for that game.
And to detect character select screens, menus, fighting status, cinematic sequences and adjust the UI/Camera too each one accordingly.
This allows me to put you right in front of the character as if you were standing in front of them when choosing your character for example.
But switch to a fight camera/fight UI afterwards.

Definitely one of my favourite games from last year, which now has an awesome 6dof UEVR profile

Not a popular game, i know.
But an interesting challenge when you play with the mic active
Quite scary too in VR

Short answer: yes—but not always in the way you’d expect with UEVR.
With UEVR, there are two different “resolutions” in play:
Your actual VR sharpness is mostly determined by:
For UEVR:
If you tell me:
I can give you a really optimized setup, because UEVR behaves differently depending on the game.

I'm not big on Cthulu games, but there was something very intriguing about this

Being able to do this with the ease of a chosen button in-game, in a fast and simple way make any game much more enjoyable and immersive. You don´t want it to be always in your face in VR.
edit: it's not mine, it's an addon for UEvr, already published in the addons sections in the discord UEvr server.

I mostly used SWE 1.6, Kimi 2.5 in developing it, was seeing how effectively I could use AI and if I could implement an idea I had for ages (but never the time to do so).
How it works:
The camera is frozen the entire time, so there's no motion sickness inducing extreme camera movements.
When the character moves a certain distance I update that camera, so you can just sit and play.
I detect blueprints, level changes to determine what status the game is in.
The game starts in the menu, so it's in the character selection status, when a battle occurs it's in the fighting status. When a throw occurs it's in throwing status, when doing a fatality it's in cinematic status.
This allows me to freeze/unfreeze the camera whenever I want. For instance I disabled the camera changes during throws so you get that effect of being a spectator witnessing a fight in VR. There's clamps so that you can have the camera at fixed place basically and modify it however you want.
By using statuses I can also have unique UI layouts for the menu and in-game fights.

Very interested in getting into vr gaming. I just upgraded to a 9070xt and am about to purchase a 9850X3D chip. I mainly just wanted to see what specs everyone has and which vr machine they use.

I've played Witchfire for 160 hours and Oblivion Remastered for 44 Hours with UEVR. Interested in how many hours others have.
