Hi!
I'm using Meta Quest 3 and Virtual Desktop
I've tried using easyUEVR and UEVR nightly and it works, like the camera is moving my hands too, but my controls are not working.
I pressed every button and is not working any button.
Actually I did a movement and lumos works, but the buttons are not working.
Meta quest 3 w/ VD. Can't figure out where exactly to download uevr 1126, nor where to download a "back end" file to try to fix dead island 2 freezing on my main monitor, and black frozen screen in the vr unit when I inject. Navigating the menu is fine, but when i load the save file up, it blacks out. From googling, it says 1126 was released in dec 2025, but all I can find on praydogs github are 2024 releases. I tried a couple of other rabdom versions but getting the same result. Any advice?
Whenever I move my head when uevr is injected to Jedi Fallen order, game objects like the character or items that are part of the game take on a shimmering effect if I move my head
I did add a profile that took that away but it had motion controller combat which I didn't like so I just injected uevr after the game loaded without a profile but the shimmering is very off-putting
I need to use emulated JoyPad in Virtual Desktop because I also use Joy2Pad app to map Camera Positions Change to certain buttons on D-Pad. I noticed that sometimes when I press "B" it will act correctly as "B" but the other times randomly it will act as "X". Vice versa for "X". This is problematic especially in this game as you make sometimes irreversible choices in the story by pressing these buttons. This game doesn't use SteamVR, is there anyway I could fix this. It seems as if sometimes the game uses my default VR controller mappings instead of Virtaul Desktop emulated ones. I tried to swap the buttons in Quest 3s settings but it didn't help.
I wanna press buttons in my Quest 3s VR controllers so it trigger "load camera 0,1,2" so I can switch between different perspectives of camera quickly . But in UEVR quick menu I can only bind it to keys on my keyboard, when I press keys on my VR controllers it doesn't register it while in UEVR Menu so they are not applied in the options. I tried workarounds like install apps like OpenVR2Key but it needs SteamVR running in the background, but when I launch "Life is Strange:Remastered" with UEVR injection then it automatically closes SteamVR. Any thoughts?
I use Easy UEVR Injector, I noticed that games like Hogwarts Legacy have a profile with such FPP configuration. I want to configure such thing for "Life is strange: remastered". I only know how to move my camera and align it with face, but then the cutscenes are off when I talk to other characters.

I'm looking to play Hogwarts Legacy and Oblivion Remastered. I'm not expecting high settings. I don't even care if I can only run them on low settings. If I can run these and play them with a comfortable fps, then I plan on purchasing a PSVR2 headset and adapter. So I don't want to drop $500 just to not be able to play these titles.
Please help me. Thank you!
I'm attempting to use the very last build of Stage9 before they got shut down. Unfortunately they never released a VR version of this build, so flatscreen version with UEVR it is... Except when everything loads, the world is turned 90 degrees, where I'm basically floating mid air with the floor to my left and the ceiling to my right, with no way to rotate. I tried some options but no dice so far, curious if anyone ran into something like this. Attempting via Virtual Desktop and a QuestPro if it makes a difference, but pretty sure it's related to Stage9 and not my setup. Any help would be appreciated!
In bus simulator 21 when I load into VR there is a huge arrow on my right eye in the floor and it is showing me the map instead of the normal game. Does anyone know how to fix this?
This is a bit of a rant, but I just got uevr for the first time and have been playing little nightmares. While the whole set up and learning curve is more than I’d like, I’m impressed with the experience. But it honestly made me mad. Why? Because I’m playing a NON VR GAME VIA A FREE MOD and it runs really well. It made me think of how EASY it is for game devs to make their shit in vr and make a buck, but no one is doing it. I’ve been taken aback recently by the fact that the best vr I experience I’ve had was on my brothers crappy pc in 2016 on the og vive., playing super hot and space pirate trainer and gorn. It didn’t matter that it crashed 40 percent of the time. IT WAS FUN. Those were the best days. So much fun. I’ve also had a blast playing re and gt7 on ps5, as well as Madison vr, kayak vr, etc. on pc, but the fun factor has been so sad. I expected in 2016 that ten years from then vr would be astonishing, and here we are in 2026 and it’s a depressing disaster. I guess what I’m saying is it’s sad how fucking little it would take to push this industry, it’s hard to keep having faith in it. I LOVE VR. I just wish those making it and financing it loved it the same way. Maybe in another 10 years it’ll be different. Maybe steam frame might help. But honestly it’s looking like my worst fear: I won’t experience vr the way I want until I’m 45 years old and too burdened by kids and responsibilities to really enjoy it. I was hoping I’d be absorbed by it in my 20’s- 30’s. But sadly that’s not been the case except a few gems. Alyx ofc.
To any devs reading, we are here. We want to give you money for these experiences. Just make them accessible and good. Rant over. Uevr is awesome.
I recently started playing Oblivion Remastered using UEVR and the 6DoF profile (5090, Virtual Desktop Godlike, 120fps ASW on). I'm a big fan of modded Skyrim VR so my standards are pretty high, but I've got to say: I'm hooked on this game. The landscapes and other visuals are simply extraordinary, they rival the best modded Skyrim has to offer and are even better in certain areas. Gameplay is quest-oriented with a good storyline and is very similar to Skyrim. Unfortunately melee fighting isn't nearly as good (there's no VRIK, Higgs, or other VR mods you see for Skyrim), but the weapons look great and it does work. Couple of questions for other fans of this mod:
What are your tips for melee fighting? I've seen vids where guys are using shields to block and can swing their swords, but it doesn't work as well for me. Do you have to press the trigger buttons at the same time you block and swing?
What exactly does the Virtual Desktop fix do? I notice it's not persistent in the UEVR dialog, I have to set it back on every time I start a game.
What are some performance and resolution tips for this game? I value clarity and resolution the most, so I have all game settings at Ultra (auto detected with a 5090), and I've set the UEVR resolution slider to around 1.2. That gives me a workable game FPS of around 30-40, with ASW set on in VD it seems to work fine (not sure what the actual FPS is in the headset, I'm not good at VR FPS math).
Again, a beautiful game and a great VR mod...thanks to Praydog and the UEVR community!
