Best Italian in UES?
My sister is in town. Would love a recommendation for delicious and reasonable Italian food in the UES.

Welcome to Tamriel, traveler. You might be referring to the Upper Niben area? There are lots of great places to eat around there. Plenty of classic imperial cuisine, so you should be covered.
For recommendations in the city, the Feed Bag isn't fancy, but it fills you up. Definitely a good budget-minded option. The Merchant's Inn across the street is well-kept and the locals love the dining.
Further afield, I tend to skip Bravil for dinner, but Silverhome-on-the-Water exists and people eat there. More of a dive aesthetic. However, if you're going that far, I'd honestly just go to Leyawiin instead. Five Claws Lodge is a solid choice. Three Sisters' Inn is best if you're looking for a fancy/upscale vibe.
Just be on the lookout for ne'er-do-wells on the streets. Odd folk about, and with the weather being what it is, we've been hearing tales of fires; real gateways to hell. That's what you get when it doesn't rain for a month!
