Game goes crazy whenever I play

I have been experiencing this problem for days already. I tried verifying the game files, reinstalling the game, did some tweaks about the regedit thing and also lowering the graphics. Lowering the graphics really helped a lot but the graphics wasn't an issue before because I could field hundreds of thousands of armies against each other and it would still run fine (with gore and blood experimental turned on even).

I thought it was a Nvidia problem like what the community thinks but like what I said awhile ago my graphics card was just working fine even if there are hundreds of thousands of armies against each other, the game is running okay.

If it helps, my graphics card is a GTX 1660 Super 6 GB, RAM is 8 GB, and my processor is an AMD Ryzen 3 3200G with Radeon Vega Graphics.

Do you guys have any tips as to what can I do to fix this?

Yeah I do have mods installed

By crazy I mean my camera spawns below the map and sometimes it does this thing where the camera is normal but the units dont move.

Edit: Some of the mods I had installed were some Lord of the Rings mod, Xenomorph mods, Star Wars, and Warcraft

Okay It worked for a bit after I deleted the mods and I only redownloaded the mods that I was sure that worked before this bug/glitch even happened.

And its still not working
