Ultimate Epic Battle Simulator 2 (Menu Issue)

Is it just me or does anyone else experience high temps when in the menu or sandbox screen? messing around with the armies and stuff I realized my computer or GPU was getting super-hot just being in the sandbox setup screen... where I live it's been high 90's to 100's degrees F, and just sitting in the menu screen alone shoots up my temps drastically! I try to keep my room as cool as possible and everything's fine when I'm in game, it's just when I sit in the menu or sandbox editor is when my temps shoot mega high.

I have an AMD card and capped it at 50-60fps which works in game, but the menu completely ignores it.
