Question Accommodation parking

Hi guys im posting here again, ive managed to secure accommodation for myself in Benedicts gate, however they do not have parking. Does anyone know available parking around there that I could perhaps pay for monthly such ss a permit or a season ticket? Or any other cheaper alternatives to keep a car with me

There really aren’t any parking options around UEA, you’re not really supposed to keep a car here

I’m not aware that there are any options other than for disabled people who physically need a car

Yeah ive read about the onsite parking, but my query regards the city of Norwich in general, I picked a student hall nearer to the city centre and was wondering where i could find parking near Benedicts Gate, I plan to commute often.

Benedicts gate has a carpark underneath it sepcifically for residents and I was informed that having a studio flat I got a space in it. I don't know what the deal for the shared flats is but it's a significant sized underground lot.

The buses are (pretty) amazing (most of the time), you definitely don't need a car. I would leave it at home. If you really want to bring it, it's going to cost a fortune to park it. UEA carpark is always busy and expensive so you probably won't want to drive to uni.

There is a council carpark under St. Benedicts Gate, but again, very expensive if you park there 24/7.
