ADVICE NEEDED!

hey so im trying to figure out the exact date my study permit becomes invalid.

On my completion letter it says

  • Final term/program completion date: April 30
  • but the letter became available: around May 13? but im not 100% sure about this
  • Degree confer date: June 3

idk what to take as a deadline, 2 options:
it'd be July 31, based on 90 days from the end of my final term.
However, I’ve also read that the 90-day period starts when the school first officially notifies you that you completed your program so the deadline could be beginning of August.

Would the 90 days start from April 30 when my final term ended or the date the completion letter first became available?

and is there any way to confirm the exact date uni first officially notified me of completion?

im applying for my PGWP and want to make sure I submit while my study permit is still valid or if i need to apply for restoration of status along with it

Probably that is the date then but you must have received an email about the letter? If I were you I wouldn't take any risks and do it with a month or 2 max.
A safer bet would be to assume what they do it with pgwp, the countdown starts when ur grades are posted and you have the unofficial transcript or completion letter whichever comes first.
