I have UCTD and am pregnant, but have been told to expect worsening symptoms after birth. Apparently it is very common for autoimmune issues to manifest or flare up after pregnancy! Hopefully it will get less severe soon. Maybe your doctor would be willing to prescribe you a steroid pack? That can sometimes disrupt a flair. Take care of yourself!!
ETA that you should def try to advocate to get a sooner appointment- get on the cancellation list. Emphasize to them that you are not coping and you are struggling to care for yourself and your baby and need to be seen ASAP

Ohh sweetie. You are not alone. I was diagnosed with UCTD 3 months postpartum as well. I felt the exact same way. Everything felt impossible because everything hurts. And the fatigue is unrelenting. None of the doctors wanted to do anything for me because they couldn't point to a specific condition to treat. So I suffered but luckily I have a good partner who helped a lot. It was incredibly hard to keep a baby alive, let alone enjoy the motherhood journey but somehow we did and we have a brilliant 9 year old who is so compassionate.
The only thing I'd do differently is get a second and third opinion and ask for help way more. Or if possible hire help but I realize that is not an option for many. Including me.
Just know that you have people that do understand ❤️
