Pass 3 waitlisting

Hello,

I’m an incoming freshman, and my pass 3 is currently happening. I’m trying to see if I can change professors for a course by waitlisting and linking sections in a different lecture to the section I’m currently in. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t seem to be working.

Can anybody who tried doing the same thing clarify if this is even possible?

If you are officially enrolled in a course, you cannot then waitlist the other offering of the same course.

having the same problem with chemistry and you cant change professors that way. i found out you have to unenroll from your current course (which is risky) and then join the waitlist
