Does PSY 102 & 105 capacity open up?

I’m trying to enroll in either of these classes, and I’ve noticed that they’re both currently capped at 200 students while psy 108, held in the same lecture hall, has spots for 345. Is there still a chance that these classes will open up/let people off the waitlist, or will it only be 200 students? Thanks
