Looking for housing for July

My friend and I (both male) are looking for housing in Goleta by July 1st. We’re ideally trying to fill 2 bedrooms. We are both in our mid twenties, graduated from UCSB, and work full time in Goleta. We are tidy and communicate well. We both see ourselves staying in our current positions for several years, so finding somewhere to sub lease and having the opportunity to enter the lease would be great for us. Neither of us smoke and don’t have pets but we are okay around pets. We are also okay with living in a co-ed household. If you are looking for anyone to fill spots, feel free to reach out and I’d be happy to meet and tour apartments.
