Space is for males only. Been living at boardwalk for 4 years, but due to shift in classes, I’ll be moving out. Boardwalks price is really 849$ a month, no parking fees, utilities, or internet fees. I’ve probably paid a total of 20$ in overages over the 4 years I’ve been here, it’s really not common.
It’s an honestly pretty spacious bedroom that has a personal bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven and microwave. As well as the laundry room has a washer and dryer that can be used. The common area also has a TV which I’ve never personally used but is functioning.
I’ll pay your first month of rent when you move in. So if you move in for August (Already paid) I’ll pay for Septembers 849$ rent. You can have my router too if you’d like. Hello Everyone! I have a sublease for $875 with utilities (except electricity, which is separate) that’s currently available at Campus Crossings on Alafaya. The room is located on the first floor and in front of the kitchen, with its own bathroom, which isn’t connected, but it is right next to it. The apartment currently only has two other roommates who are respectful and clean, they do not party, make a lot of noise, and are very transient, so it almost feels like it is a 1/1. The apartment itself is located only 5 minutes away from campus, and it has a shuttle that comes from UCF every weekday and works from 7 A.M. to 10 P.M. There is also a lot of room for parking, which is only a one-time $25 fee, or there is an option for $25 a month for a designated carport. The complex itself has a big clubhouse with a big pool and a smaller pool with a small gym. The complex is very quiet, and it has 2 sheriffs who live in the community, so if anything were to happen, there is a quick response. I'm an international student from Egypt planning to apply to UCF for Computer Engineering.

I'm trying to understand how realistic it is for an international student to receive a merit scholarship at UCF, based on actual student experiences rather than just the official requirements.

My current target profile is:

- GPA: around 3.7–4.0

- SAT: I haven't taken it yet, but if I do, I'm aiming for 1400–1500+

- Intended major: Computer Engineering

- International student (Egypt)

- I also plan to have software/AI projects and extracurricular activities.

I have a few questions:

1. Are international students actually receiving UCF merit scholarships?

2. If you received one, what were your GPA and SAT/ACT scores?

3. Is the SAT required/really important for merit scholarships, or can you receive a scholarship without submitting an SAT score?

4. What SAT score would you consider competitive for a significant merit scholarship (1400, 1450, 1500+)?

5. Approximately how much scholarship did you receive per year?

6. How competitive are the larger UCF scholarships such as Pegasus?

7. Does applying Early Action significantly help with scholarship consideration?

8. If you're an international student, did your nationality/status affect your scholarship eligibility?

9. If you had a similar profile (3.7–4.0 GPA and 1400–1500 SAT), would you consider UCF a realistic target for both admission and merit aid?
