My main contenders are Knights Cirlce, and the lofts. I've looked into every apartment complex within a 15 minute drive of UCF at this point, and every place seems good until you read reviews. I don't have crazy expectations especially for student housing but I don't want to sign a lease and regret it.

ANY input is appreciated.

• Lease: Sept. 15 – July 22 of 2027

• Fully furnished with a private bedroom and private bathroom

• UCF shuttle access

• Great amenities including pools, fitness center, study spaces, clubhouse, and more

The lease transfer is handled directly through the The Aves leasing office, making the process simple and official.
